I’ve been to a lot of McDonald’s And this is by far the worst McDonald’s I have ever been to. I sat there at the window for 15 minutes. No one acknowledge me or told me sorry for the long wait and then when I got my food it was wrong. I sat there for another 10 minutes and still didn’t get help. Finally I just drove off and ate my dry chicken sandwich with no ketchup. Don’t ever go here if you have a decision on Saturday For lunch

New Arch deluxe is awful. Overpowering mustard vinegar taste in sauce. For Gods sake spend 20 cents McDonalds and offer a tomato slice. For 7.99 this burger is an insult. Hard NO for me!!

I used the App for the first time ever. What you see on the advertised promotion for 6 dollars is misleading. If you want a tomato and lettuce added you pay 8 dollars. The picture shows that it costs 6 dollars.

This location doesn’t need your money. Especially after midnight. They claim they’re open 24 hrs but they aren’t really. Find another location. Or better yet, go to Burger King or Wendy’s.
Update: I went to the website per the faceless Mcdonalds staff member that replied with the link below. It took three attempts to submit the online form with the complaint. Every time I clicked the submit button, the timer circle just kept spinning saying Submitting. Finally on the third attempt it went thru. Lets see if it actually makes a difference in how they treat their customers or if this is just an attempt to look like they are being responsive without actually making changes.

Twice in two weeks I’ve pulled up for breakfast and their “system is down” or they’re doing a “change over”. Each time it’s 20 minutes before they’re able to do anything. Whoever is managing this place needs fired.

9:25 pm on a Friday night. This location has no soft drinks at all. I ordered a large fry and a vanilla cone. I was asked to pull up to a space and wait along with 6 to 8 of my fellow drive thru buddies. Sounds like a management change is in order.

I come by maybe once a week or every other week and it’s usually ok but this time will be my last. This was the third time the employees at the window were rude for literally no reason within the past month and my food was cold when I live five minutes down the road. Trashy location. Trashy people. Wouldn’t expect anything less though it’s McDonald’s lol. Just keep your expectations very low.

Went to this McDonald on 4/30 @ around 12:15pm. I parked in a handicap parking bc I have a placard and I’m a partial disabled vet. This employee comes out of her managers car and states if I can move my truck bc I was in her spot. Mind you this is a handicap parking and this employee states her manager wants this spot. This is a lawsuit waiting to happen and I’m weighing my options right now. I have called corporate about it and they state the will be escalating the issue. This McDonalds do not care for disabled or veterans. Corporate apologized to me but I told them everything was on camera. Listen to the video closely and you can hear the employee state that it’s the managers spot. Sorry for my music. You can see in the window of the buildings reflection that she has a yellow vest on when she approaches my truck. Looks like it will only take 30 second clips on google. But I have the full video if any wants to see and hear. Waiting to hear back from an owner or something. I will follow up!

We like this McDonald’s because the employees are really helpful. Today Nick was bringing food out and checking at the tables to see if we needed anything. He brought me napkins earlier because everything is behind the counter. That would be my only critique is that they took away the drink machines and you can’t get your own condiments and napkins. Otherwise it’s a clean and well-run McDonald’s and our food was fresh.
