I ordered on the subway app and was very specific of what I wanted. When I arrived at the restaurant the reps did not great me. My order was ready and waiting for me so that was a plus. the customer who walked in after me was greeted with a smile and hello from both reps. When I got back to my car I opened my order and noticed I was missing some of the specifications I asked for. I went back in to ask for sides of the items and the rep who helped me was rude, said they charge extra for the sides. when I explained it was on the original order she repeated herself and said they charge extra for the sides. I am also very upset I left a tip on the app. HORRIBLE SERVICE!!!!!

Unfortunately I did not have a pleasant experience picking up my order. It was honestly really weird and so unprofessional it was not a good experience to deal with the only employee at the store apparently? Her name was “Jennifer” I’m not sure if thats her real name because when I asked for her name 2 times, she ignored me the 1st time then quietly said the name Jennifer when I asked again. The employee in question was an older woman employee.

It all started when I walked into the store to go pick up my order, there was a woman, in what looked like traditional Indian clothes, long pink skirt and flowy white and black cardigan, who was sitting and laying down on the floor. This woman kept laying down, kneeling up then laying back down for a few minutes while I’m saying hello and asking if she is okay, because honestly again, this was just weird to walk into. This woman ignored me asking if she was okay for about 5 mins then she takes off the skirt and cardigan and walks up to the counter and I see she is an employee. I tell her I’m here to pick up my mobile order, she hands it to me, but I see that my order is wrong. I ordered 2 footlongs and I was given 1 footlong and a 6 inch sub, I tell this to the employee and she states no thats my order I tell her sternly no I ordered 2 footlongs look at my receipt. She does, and when she sees my order was wrong then she goes to make another 6 inch sub for me with a very sheepish attitude as if it was just a little mistake. I wait for the rest of my order and as she finishes wrapping the sub, I noticed she didn’t put the Parmesan cheese on the sub (I got the boss footlong) and I ask if she could put some on the side for me please. She informs me that there are no little cups so she can’t, I ask her if she could just sprinkle some into the small paper cookie bags. Then she places a paper cookie bag flat on the counter and begins shaking the cheese on top of the bag, she does this for like 5 seconds then she looks at me in my face and asks me if this is okay. At this point I’m very fed up with this employee, I tell her that common sense would tell her to put the cheese inside of the cookie bag, because how would she package the cheese if its on top of the bag? She then laughs nervously and she defends it with some half muttered response honestly I didn’t care to listen to because I knew it was nonsense. After all of this, I knew I was going to report my experience and I wanted to name her properly, I asked for her name and she ignored me the 1st time. I asked again a bit more firm what her name is and she quietly said Jennifer. I’ve gotten plenty of orders from this location before but never have I experienced anything like this, I Unfortunately will certainly remember this when thinking about what to order for lunch at work again and thanks to “Jennifer”, I guess I can consider the Jersey Mikes in Hicksville to be my new go to sandwich spot. The sandwiches were made terribly and there was even a guy with his kids eating in the restaurant but when they noticed that Jennifer was acting weird they left shortly after me getting there, I can’t say I blame them.

Be careful, they take money without item first , and suggest to get what they have. Especially for one who has allergy, I wouldn’t take the chance, or call first.

This was the first time I visited the store. I ordered via mobile app outside of rush hour. This store is spacious compared with other nearby subways, and neat and clean. I arrived right at the ready time displayed in the app, and my order was already ready at the register. I went in-and-out in 15 seconds. The sandwiches quality is good as well. I really has nothing to criticize. Will observed more in my next visit.

I like Subway a lot this location is very convenient for us. It is right across the BJ’s gas station where we go a lot being the fact that we are members and we save a lot of money in gas at that station.

Subway is healthy food and one of the best selections when you’re looking at fast food, which is why we eat it a lot not to suggest that we are very healthy people, but this is the healthiest choice I think we have in the fast food and we avail this choice whenever we can.

I love their tuna, 1 foot sub . It has to be toasted though and I make it very spicy by loading all the peppers, the green pepper, the yellow pepper, the jalapeños and olives. Comes out pretty delicious.

Placed order went to pick up and they didn’t have ingredients that was requested wouldn’t give refund they made the sandwich the way they wanted and told me to call cooperate office never been so mad never will go back

Second time this week coming here for lunch. The first time there was a line out the door, and the owner was on his phone at the register not helping the staff make food. Didn’t give me utensils or chop my salad for me. Had to come again today, and again the manager/owner was on his phone, at lunch time, with only one person working. 3 of us needed sandwiches made on a 30min lunch break. When I asked him to help her make our food as we are on break I was informed that he is the owner. Well, we are the customers and we will not be returning to spend our hard earned money on people who don’t care about their customer. Working in food service it is never acceptable to be texting on your phone where food is made, it is a health code violation. There are plenty of places to eat where food can be served much faster and with a friendlier attitude than what this Subway offered at either visit.

This is the worst place to buy subway. They have no bread no roast beef. The employee. I asked for 2 foot Italian herb n cheese n asked for spicy Italian n teriyaki chicken. He took the other person order with regular bread and used that bread instead of the herb n cheese I requested. Also when I ask for veggies I wasn’t finished on what I wanted n he gave me lettuce tomato n just gave me mayo and I didn’t ask for mayo. I hope we get a new management but until then everyone don’t go there anymore worst service ever.

I’ve been here many times, but as of recently the service has been lacking. I came about a few weeks ago and ordered two sandwiches, but when I received them the ingredients were mixed up. The recent time I ordered through the mobile app and got a melt, but there was no cheese. That’s not a melt. Otherwise, the food was mediocre because you’re just really comparing it to any other Subway.
