This location always gets orders messed up. Not sure if it’s management or employees but cant seem to get anything right. First time they sent a bag with just chips and no sandwich. This time send a sandwich with no toppings at all. A sandwich is one of the easier meals to prepare and they can’t even get that right. So that says a lot.

I had a wonderful experience with Mr. Saad’s food service. The food was fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. Every dish was made with care and attention to detail. Mr. Saad was very polite, professional, and made sure everything was served on time. The quality, taste, and hygiene were all top-notch.

Today Johnny and Sidney made me a CHICKEN BACON RANCH and a PEANUT BUTTER CUP smoothie and it was delicious. He’s the reason why I’ve come to this location 3 days in a row. I totally recommend this Tropical Smoothie Cafe at this location. I recommend ordering from the app in advance.

I came in on a Saturday at 10:30 AM. I waited about five minutes just to be spoken to they were making online orders in the lobby was full of people waiting for their order or to order. The young lady did tell me give her two minutes, which ended up being 10 min after waiting 15 minutes, she finally acknowledged the customers, but she disregarded me and spoke to the customer behind me, which felt very disrespectful because I was the first one waiting. I had to tell her that I was waiting first I will never go there again.

There always seems to be a problem when i come here. Clearly from the previous reviews management doesn’t care. This time I ordered a pesto chicken sandwich and I was unaware it came with tomatoes. I asked if they could make one without tomatoes amd the girl picked the tomatoes out and handed it back. It shows a complete lack of customer service.

I had a great experience at this Tropical Smoothie Cafe thanks to Anaya and Ashley. From the moment I walked in, they were both friendly, welcoming, and clearly took pride in their work. Ashley was especially patient with me while I tried to decide on my order, and she even suggested a retired smoothie—Cranberry Truffle—that I ended up loving.
Both ladies delivered excellent customer service and created a positive, upbeat atmosphere. You don’t always get that kind of genuine care these days, so I really appreciated it. I’ll definitely be back!

I’ve wait for over 45 mins for a smoothie and food. I’ve given this place many chances. I’ve ordered online and will waiting over 30 mins. They need more help here or more blenders. I can go to smoothie king and be out in 5 mins. Please do better guys. It’s a very busy location to not have enough staff. I’ve seen potential customers leaving. So much for my lunch break. Wasted it waiting. Had to ask for a refund cause I couldn’t wait anymore.

On October 16, 7:50 PM had the most horrible experience I watch the guy make a smoothie watch the scoopers fall on the floor. He picked it up and reused them without washed. Guy was also very nasty person that was making smoothies.

Apparently, customers are invisible here. After multiple doorbell chimes and 10 minutes of being ignored, we gave up and left. Customers are obviously not a priority and I guess they don’t need the business. Disappointed since I was so looking forward to my smoothie today .
