Walk in went the touch screens to order our food. Sat down waiting for our food. It was like sit out side it was so dam cold inside it’s are weather time here in tacoma Washington I pay to come inside eat in a fast food place i should be comfortable inside and not freeze my butt off. I went up to the counterinstated that was so cold in the the seating area. And the gal just stated that we have no control of it. That’s it sad plus there was people coming in and getting free drinks with their own cups or different brands of fast food, and I stated that was going on. And they said they had no control never going back here again
1. The lady I spoke to I explained how my order was incorrect and the entire time she interrupted me and repeated wrong information I provided
2. I spoke to the manager explained that I only have 2 minutes left of my lunch and wasted my time to have my order incorrect and asked for a refund as I do not come to this area but once to help a co-worker. She declined and stated “I can give you a coupon for next time” but the coupon can only be used at their location. I explained again that I do not come to this area but this one time and would like a refund. She declined to give me a refund and I stated that this was horrible customer service and thank you, and she was condescending and said you’re welcome.
They did not add beef to my chicken Chalupa, which cost me extra money
Both of my chicken Chalupa‘s were cold not even warm.
Do not waste your time. Do not waste your money at this location. I would rather pay extra money to go to the other restaurants next-door.
When I arrived at the drive-thru, I immediately informed the employee of the app issue and requested a refund for the unwanted purchases. I was told they could not assist me and that I must contact customer support through the app.
Upon receiving my order, I discovered that I had only been given the free Chalupa reward item, and the other items (even the unintentionally purchased ones) were missing. I drove back through the drive-thru to address the missing items, and the employee instructed me to go inside.
As a person with a disability who uses a wheelchair, going inside is extremely inconvenient for me.
Once inside, the interaction was very negative:
• The female employee was rude and dismissive.
• She argued that it was my fault for not being “specific” enough when I initially mentioned the app issue, claiming I had canceled the entire order except the free reward.
• She then repeatedly and audibly complained about me to her coworkers.
• When I began recording the situation due to their disrespectful behavior, the employees noticed and demanded that I leave the store.
The employees escalated a small technical error into a significant confrontation and refused to provide any assistance, seemingly because I was documenting their unprofessional conduct. I believe I was treated extremely disrespectfully and improperly refused serviced .
