Food was delicious and service was great. Nice clean spot. I’d definitely come back to eat here. Pupusas were pretty big for the price.

I had the pleasure of trying Lo’roko Pupuseria & Grill, and it was absolutely amazing! I ordered some pupusas, and they were beyond delicious—perfectly made, flavorful, and so satisfying. The quality of the food, the freshness, and the authentic taste really stood out.
Everything about my experience was 5 stars—the food, the service, and the atmosphere. If you’re craving authentic pupusas and a warm, welcoming spot to enjoy them, this is definitely the place to go. Highly recommend!

I wanna bring this to the owner’s attention. This is the second time that happens when I try to place the order by phone I called the lady asked me if I could Wait to grab my order as a yes, literally took it almost like nine minutes and then she hung up. I was already in the corner. My reason for calling me before I arrive is to make sure the food has been prepared and I don’t have to wait in the restaurant. I know they were busy, but it’s a second time that happens.. The food is really good. This is my spot, but you guys should work a little bit more in customer service.

One of my favorite Salvadoran restaurants in Norwalk is Lo’roko Pupuseria & Grill, located off Rosecrans and Woodruff Ave. This place serves authentic Salvadoran food and drinks that will remind you of your home country. It’s situated inside a plaza with ample parking, and the restaurant has a cozy, homey atmosphere. The walls are adorned with beautiful art, there are a few TVs, and the overall ambiance is calm and pleasant. Although I always order their freshly made pupusas, I went with Caldo de Camaron for takeout today. Once I placed my order, the lovely waitress said it would take about 15 to 20 minutes, which I knew meant it would be fresh. If you do not wish to wait that long, I encourage you to call ahead, and it will be ready for pick up once you arrive. My order came with two freshly made tortillas, cilantro, onions, a slice of lemon on the side, rice, and my hot caldo de camaron with plenty of shrimp. When I say hot, I mean temperature hot, so use caution. If you’re near the area, stop by and visit this place. It won’t disappoint you.

Best chicharron pupusas! Ordered at 8:30 am and was told 30 minutes for pickup. Seems like they get early morning orders on the weekend. They were so worth the wait and they re-heat well in a pan. Great service and really clean restaurant. The rest of their menu looks awesome, will be back to try other dishes!

The service here is so long. We waited over 45 minutes to get our food. I noticed there were people coming in to pick up their orders. So it might be a good idea to order ahead of time. The pupusas were good. I only ate 2 pupusas that cost $8.92 for both, and it got me full. The 2 hot atol de elote that cost $10.30 for both had a very good taste to it. The ensalada de fruta drink that cost $6.23 was great, too. The plátanos fritos con frijol y crema cost $9.76 were delicious. Everything was good. The private restrooms are clean. I appreciate the service here.
