It’s actually pretty impressive how every single food item I ordered managed to arrive cold and took over an hour to get to me. The pie saying “caution hot” while being closer to the temperature of an ice block was very laughable. I also had to microwave the food.

Craving french fries and McDonalds are reliable to me when it comes to good fries. Whenever I go inside it brings me back to childhood and meals with my own kids. Ordered from the kiosk though and food was ready pretty quickly.

The employees has no patience to be working or taking care of the customers I see the manager just talking while the lady on the head set is helping pack food & that’s on fair on the lady doing drive thru & taken payments & on top of that she as taken orders up front & their drink machine is down & I wouldn’t like for my cup to be touched by so many employees. I came to eat lunch here & charge my own phone & all the plugs are covered some of us NEED OUR PHONES FOR WORK. Worst McDonald’s EVER SHUT THIS LOCATION ALL TOGETHER.

Drive thru sucks. Pulled up at noon and the lady kept telling me to please wait a moment, as she proceeded to take orders for cars in the opposite lane THREE CARS PASSED ME. And i could hear her taking the orders through my speaker. So i just dipped out.

The food is ok but the service is terrible. Latin American girls are not in a hurry to wipe the table and have to sit down for a slightly dirty one. My burger was thrown into a box and it fell apart in density, everything fell out of it all over the box, along with mixed cabbage. I showed the manager who does not understand English well, she started toog my burger with her bare hands, straightening the cabbage and cutlet. I got angry and asked for a replacement. The girls in the kitchen laughed loudly at me that I demanded something. In the end, they brought me a whole burger, but I’m not sure something else. Probably it was the one that the manager took with her bare hands. Also, when ordering in the machine, the table number is indicated and the request is to wait for your order there, but they will not bring you an order, it will lie on their counter. In general, dirty, unpleasant, incomprehensible. I will not return to them again
