Came to this location i asked for fresh fries no salt, and my burger off the grill fresh.. my meat was cold and my fries were burnt and soaked in grease! I HAVE PHOTOS THAT I EMAIL TO MCDONALDS CORPORATE. This could of been handled with my phone call but they wanted to play games and have some young kid “pretend” he was the manager and that kid would not give me his name, he kept saying my name is “manager”, i also know the girl/guy who answered the phone who is management and decided to pass the phone to the younger guy. I recognize voices and i also heard them speaking when i was in the drive through. I made the call from my home office where i have cameras so i can play back the audio/video for documentation. I did also state from the beginning that the call was being recorded. I was also not provided a receipt but i do have exact times of my arrival. This is not mcdonalds policy of how to treat customers or a “manager” not providing there name for future clarification.

Came in this morning for 13 cookies for my team, the ordering point the (kiosk) is very confusing when trying to order. The steak egg cheese muffin is not available on there. The manager was great in stepping in to help me out with my order. I ordered BEC biscuits and Iced coffee with my cookies. When leaving I noticed I was missing my sandwich so I came back to claim it and they took care of it. The service was great but the having to come back to receive my entire order is the issue. I still gave them 3 stars for the rest of my visit but the missing item really cost them the 5 stars. Will give them a try next time to see if we can get the entire order right. The bathrooms were clean, the lobby was full but kept up, outside cleanliness was kept clean as well.

I order two big macs and a large coke from mcdonald’s at the drive thru. It took way too long for them to get my food, so I left without receiving food after I paid for it. I worked at a mcdonald’s for over four years.And I know it doesn’t take that long to get 2 big macs and coke. Even with dropping fresh meat, it’s still wouldnt take that long as it did for them to even attempt to come to the window.

Its 8am go and order a #1 with an ice coffee, #2 with a coffee and #4 just the sandwich. I pay the cashier speaks really low can’t hear her. I pay $17. I get my food, I get the #1 with the ice coffee and a hashbrown, #4 sandwich with just a coffee. I brought it up to the manager on shift and she acted like she did not care. This happens at this location way to many times. Ownership needs to step up and run their business and quit relying on kids who dont care.

Drive thru cashier repeated my order correctly, but when I got to the window, I was given someone else’s order. Then I was given my order, but just a single quarter pounder instead of double and drink was wrong. Turns out the guy taking the order put in something different than what he repeated back to me. Won’t be visiting there during the night shift again.

Update. Stores open 24 hours…. Early morning though usually they’ll say they’re “cash-only”. Half of the time they’ll accept a mobile order sometimes they say they don’t even take that for early morning.

Asked for 40 spoons and they gave me one. Also my fries were not in the bag, they were all over my happy meal box. And missing sauce.
