Where do I begin? Let’s start with the gnats flying around a dirty wine glass and just giving us a new glass instead of another pour. Plastic and hair in my Alfredo. This place has gone down. I would hate to see this place in the daytime. Don’t waste your time here, and my steak wasn’t even cooked right.

While getting a little too expensive for my budget sadly this restaurant is always a great meal. Definitely the go to place for special occasions! Staff is friendly (although don’t sit in bar area- service there is always slow as bartender gives priority to drinks) and pretty very well versed in menu. Love their $10 take home deal – makes it a better value. For years the best bread and soup in the food industry! Well done!

Food was not great, tasted like bad sauce. Waited pretty long time for a drink(refill) & they had no one in the restaurant. They didn’t have the new items on the menu & the kitchen staff were giving our waitress a hard time asking for more house dressing. Many employees were on their phones & the bathrooms were very dirty! Would not recommend this location to anyone.

although I had a horrible door dash experience it was refreshing to find a handwritten note from Leah, the to-go server thanking me for my order. then when I called the restaurant to report my issing item, the worker was extremely nice and polite. i mentioned my appreciation of the note only to discover that she was Leah! such a nice touch.

I carry out often from Carrabba’s and the process is so simple and easy. The food is great every time. The carpool staff are awesome, I have to spotlight Leah, she’s so kind and doesn’t skimp on service just because it’s pickup. She makes sure to greet us literally rain or shine. On a previous visit she made sure we were fully taken care of prior to leaving. This time was know different. Service was faster than I could of hoped for. Leah was very punctual and the nicest restaurant staff I’ve come across in a long time. Thank you Leah, you didn’t know but my 5yr old daughter had just gotten out of surgery and that was the food she wanted but appreciate you going above and beyond to have it ready on time and out to the car seconds after i checked-in and being so nice. We greatly appreciated it to save us time.

This week, I ordered a to go order and Leah brought it out to me when I arrived and she was very sweet! My meal was delicious as always. She even included more of the seasoning for the olive oil so I would have enough for the bread. My family loves this place! We never have any issues here. It’s one of our favorite places to dine in or get take out.

Arrived on a quiet night and lucked into a corner booth. Jillian was our waitress, and she was helpful and kind. She even brought a piece of cake out for the birthday girl!
I had the stuffed mushrooms appetizer and the meatballs appetizer as I’m not a big fab of pasta. They were both phenomenal and the pricing is about what you’d pay at Olive Garden, but the food is far more elevated.
Fresh baked bread with herbs and dipping oil are provided as a light appetizer, but will be refilled by request.
You can see inside the kitchen. All the cooks, chefs and prep professionals and other servers we encountered were friendly. Everything was clean. I’ve ordered lunch to go many times, but this was my second time dining in, and I certainly want to again!

I ordered a meatball sandwich and soup for my mom. Lea was wonderful. I called and told her ordering online. She made sure they did her food right. Thank good for her. I had called and complained in the past because it was so bad. The food had gone down considerably and they even offered to send me something to get more food. Of course, the manager FORGOT. I have eaten here for many years. If my mom did not want it today…I would not have bought it. Lea restored my faith. Hope the food continues to get better. I have not eaten there since I had to throw away my last huge order…but for mom…anything.
