Biscuits Café in Phoenix Arizona has completely redefined my breakfast expectations.
I was first greeted with a friendly smile by Jose. He was super nice and gave great service. My server Diane was the sweetest. She went over the menu and answered all the questions I had about the menu. She gave recommendations and was very honest.
I ordered the “build your own breakfast” option. The highlight? Definitely the loaded hashbrowns – crispy, golden, and generously topped with sour cream and chives.They were the perfect base for a hearty breakfast.
The bacon was cooked to crispy perfection, not too greasy, and with a smoky flavor that complemented the hashbrowns beautifully. The eggs were exactly as I ordered them, scrambled with cheese and the French toast was a sweet, delightful finish to a savory meal. Each component of the breakfast was delicious on its own, but together, they created a symphony of flavors that left me completely satisfied. Throughout my visit I was asked by Jose and Diane if the food was great and it certainly was!

First things first, I stumbled upon this place from TikTok. However, I discovered upon arrival that we were at the wrong location, but since we were already there, we decided to stay.
Upon entering, we were greeted by a staff member and immediately seated. That was a plus; however, I’m not sure if I should count that as a plus since the restaurant was empty upon arrival, not to mention it was a Wednesday.
Once seated, our waitress was a little unwelcoming, and it felt as if she did not want to serve us. There was no hello, welcome, how may I help you—nothing. We asked for water until we were ready to order, and when the water came out, the straws were already inside the cups. How would I know if the tip of my straw was touched by her hands? But since I am someone who visits places and has over 1.7 million views on my reviews, I wanted to give her a chance because I hate to leave a bad review, but it is imperative that I be honest.
We were now ready to order, and when we asked for cocktails, the waitress looked at us as if that was a bad thing (it was around 11:30 a.m.). We then placed our food order, and the food came out cold, but we didn’t say anything because we were already feeling unwanted, and we all know what can possibly happen in a kitchen with workers that we cannot see. I will say the presentation of the food was cute. After everything we didn’t finish our food nor did we take any leftovers I was just ready to go somewhere that I feel wanted and welcomed. I will not visit this place again.

Hannah was our server. We got there about 830am today (Valentines day) and we got here just before the rush. Hannah, our server, went from a couple tables to two handfuls and she handled everything with ease and grace. I would definitely go back especially after getting our bucket of mimosas. I absolutely love biscuits and was so excited to see one near us. We came for a last minute lunch and the food was amazing. But the thing that has stood out the most about this place was Stephanie and her staff. They are exceptional and displayed a true family oriented restaurant. We will be coming back here every time we come to see our family on this side of town. Highly recommend this place and the donuts are to die for!

Oh my god, we stumbled upon this breakfast cafe, anware they were about to close.
