I went to Del taco this morning and I ordered chili cheese fries a couple tacos… A large Coke.. And a four piece caramel cheesecake bite. They forgot my drink.. And I didn’t think it was a big deal till I realized I was missing my caramel cheesecake bites too. I was missing half of my food. So I paid $25 for a couple snack tacos and some chili cheese fries! Not cool guys! Not cool.

We have loved Taco Tuesday for years. Last few times, there was actually meat in the tacos! Tonight was a joke. First of all, I paid with cash. Order was $24.and some change. Gave her $30. My change was just coins. Tried to get her attention but nope. Threw my order at me and I said I paid with one 20 and one 10. She denied it. Told her I wanted my 5 dollar change. She said I had to pull around out front and come in while they checked the till. Really? I can go inside and wait. Nothing like cold food. Guess the cashier just pocketed 5 bucks. Get home and the tacos had almost no meat. Definitely no more than a teaspoon. Must have a new manager as the last few times, the tacos actually contained meat. No sauce, didn’t even have an opportunity to ask as she slammed the drive through window closed.

Tonight me and my family walked in to dine in at the Del Taco in Far West Utah. And as we were ordering our food, I over heard a door dasher that was picking up an order be very rude and vulgar to the Del taco manager named Tamra.. I was really impressed with how well Tamra handled the situation, in a very calm professional manner. I want to shout out to Tamra for the amazing customer service. keep up the good work, you are amazing..

I really like this place but something happened the night of 9/21. The food was awful. We paid $62 and just tossed it. Not only was the food terrible but we were missing some. I’ve always liked this location but after that we are done. I can’t believe someone made that food and thought it was ok to hand out.

This would get a 5 star rating but there is nothing Del Taco can do to improve the taste of their food, haha! It is average and will suffice on Taco Tuesday or in a pinch. I do enjoy the flavor of their mild sauce.
The restaurant itself is always clean. The staff is always friendly and they’ve never gotten our order wrong yet. My kids enjoy the small play place. It is a favorite of my wife’s and I to take the kids on Tuesday so as to feed our family of 8 for less than $15, allow them to play a bit and avoid making a mess at home for supper. We will continue to frequent the restaurant for this reason, but as previously stated, the food is average. Nothing to write home about.

Did something change recently? The bean and cheese burritos, previously known as 1/2lb bean and cheese burritos were an excellent flavor combo with a good proportion to tortilla. Now they fold both ends of the burrito like its a chipotle burrito. Whats up with that? Taco bell has been doing it since the early 2000s and its terrible. Now there is way too much beans in one bite, not enough cheese and red sauce, and each end is like eating a cookie of just tortilla. Might be time I stop going to Del Taco and find a copy cat recipe on pinterest.

This is the Time we have been Seriously disappointed at this Del Taco. The meat always tastes bad and the service is not good. The dining room is always dirty. We will NEVER eat at this location again!!! Something has changed at Del Taco. So sad.

Tried to call a little after midnight and instead of answering they picked up the phone and set it down. Not a great way to treat regular customers. Ill find another restaurant to grab food at after work from now on.

This place has improved on thier customer service tremendously. If it’s under new management then they are rocking it. The food is fresh and they have so much to choose from. The desserts are also awesome especially the churros. They always have great deals and the food portion is enough to fill you up twice. Turkey tacos are the best hard shells around imo. Breakfast is 11pm to 11am. Drive thru open 24hrs.

We love Del Taco. When you are traveling and need a quick bite, this is a great stop. We especially love the crinkle cut fries. The one thing I wish they had would be little cups for your ketchup. My husband loves the Epic Guacamole Chicken Burrito. I love the Del Combo.
