Extremely poor management, employees are either improperly trained or just don’t care enough to do their job. I have lived in Madisonville my entire life and I don’t think my order has been correct not even once. I paid extra to have Mac Sauce put on two burgers, wasn’t given a receipt, there was no sauce on my burgers which were cold when I got them, and then when taken back for a remake the manager had an attitude because her employee didn’t give us a receipt.

Ive lived in madisonville for about 2 years now… ive tried this mcdonalds maybe 7 or 8 times. Either they mess up the order, the building doesnt honor “in-app” coupon codes, or a fun combo. I just ordered a quarter pounder, add bacon. They forgot the patty. I would have called it in but why waist any more of my time. Id rather just be done with this restaurant. Js I love mcdanks as a whole… but if this was the only one id say its the worst place to eat in america.
To sum this place up: if you like mcdonalds but would rather pay more for the same thing, all for them to screw it up anyway- try this place
Also we went at 10:36am (time on receipt), and somehow the fries were already cold?? Dont they switch from breakfast at 10:30? Shouldnt they have been the freshest? I dont understand anything that goes on at this building. Whatever.

Poor management. Cold food. Mold tasting frappes no matter what flavor. No one wearing hats or even hair nets and on their phones. Very rude. No one at front counter more than 95% of the time. Lobby is disgusting and so are bathrooms. 30 minute wait for 2 things. Just an awful store that needs more attention,new management or just completely shut down. Do better mcdonalds.

I have lived in Madisonville for a years. I just stopped going there. You want a shake… to bad the machine is down (it always is). Check your order, its wrong or they forgot something. If you are passing through got to the one in Vonore, Etowah or Sweetwater. Safe yourselve some headaches.

Seriously the dirtiest Fast-food restuarant I’ve even been at. Floors dirty and sticky, bathrooms smelled and all the trash cans overflowing. Kitchen staff yelling out profanity when they dropped something and by the counter staff talking loudly about being drunk over the weekend. BUT my kids l9ved the playplace. Hope they don’t get ebola from touching it

Tables had not been wiped down. Staff was socializing. The staff had also taken multiple tables for this use limiting places for customers to able to sit and eat their meals.

Waited 40 minutes-calling that fast food is an abomination. It should be called scrap food. Just because it’s 9 o’clock and you close at 10 doesn’t mean you get to check out and scroll Instagram in the freezer. There was no one in the parking lot and only four or five cars ahead of us in the drive-thru.

almost every time i go my food is wrong and trying to get it fixed has become such a hassle at this specific mcdonald’s i usually just waste the money and go somewhere else.
