5 dollars for 1 large fry and this is actually what we get? Ordered 20$ in fries and they are all kid sized lol is it really hard to like pack the fries? Do better. Ripping off hungry people is pathetic

People are nice, food was good. But my only problem is today I ordered a Steak, Egg & Cheese Bagel but got a Sausage, Egg & Cheese McGriddles instead. But since I was in a hurry to get a family member to a medical visit I just ate the loss and left after eating. Might have to avoid this location if it happens again.

I went to McDonald’s the other day just expecting a quick, normal stop for food, but the whole vibe was weird. There was a young employee there looked like a minor who was constantly flirting. Not just with customers at the counter, but with their coworkers too.
It wasn’t subtle or just friendly joking. It was over the top, distracting, and honestly uncomfortable to stand there and witness while waiting for my order. At one point I felt like I was interrupting something instead of being helped as a paying customer. The coworkers seemed more focused on the back-and-forth than actually working, and it definitely slowed things down.i’m all for people having fun at work, but there’s a line. When customers start feeling awkward just trying to order fries, that’s a problem. It didn’t feel professional at all, and it made the whole place feel poorly managed. Definitely not the kind of atmosphere I expect when I’m just trying to grab a quick meal

I love this McDonald’s , every time I go in there including today its a great experience. The people are so nice and friendly. The food is great , the speed of the food getting to me is fast. Thank you Sutherlin McDonalds. I appreciate your effort and hard work.

I’ve been to a lot of McDonald’s in my 50 years, and this one in Sutherlin absolutel worst. Keep driving to cottage grove or Roseburg but don’t stop here. The employees pretty much hate their jobs, are dirty/greasy/grungy and their attitudes are the worst. These are people you do not want handling your food. But that is nothing compared to the nighttime “Manager”. I wanted to complain about the employee interaction at the window but when I talked to the manager he was an joke! Completely unprofessional in appearance, demeanor, and his lack of caring (I assume He but could also identify as they/them but this isn’t about their gender). I wanted to tell the manager that their employee was rude, was rushing us unnecessarily, and had handed us off mid order to someone else and that’s when I lost it. But the managers response? “What do you want me to do about it” attitude. If I was the owner of this franchise I would think hard about the people being hired and put in charge. I understand it’s hard to run a business in rural Douglas county, but like I said…worst experience ever and we will never be back. Ever.

Ordered online. Got to the curbside area and were informed the special holiday meals we ordered were unavailable but we could drive over an hour away to get them in Eugene if we wanted. They did not offer to refund the price difference between the holiday meals we ordered and the regular meals we got instead. After a phone call and a very rude conversation with the manager who was interrogating the girl who brought out our order while I was on the phone listening,
we had to go back to get the difference refunded. And they weren’t worth the regular price. Fries were cold and soggy, burgers were cold and dry. Will not go back again

There is a manager at the Sutherlin McDonalds that is beyond Rude. Nasty Nancy treats her employees like garbage, her customer service skills are severely lacking… As I. She has none. She is rude to customers, slow to do anything resembling her job, and can often be found sitting eating an ice cream while she hollers at the employees. Makes for a horrible atmosphere all the way around.

I visited several times in the evening and have experience long wait times for a coffee and a hot fudge sundae with obnoxious loud behavior coming from the make area in the restaurant. When confronted the employees only give excuses. I’m not impressed with this restaurant.

Quick service. Had large people in queue for the breakfast but the staff was able to handle it and serve the food within 5-10mins. The qiosk is easy way to order the food and we were able to get it in no time. The staff was friendly. The washroom was easily accessible. The food was good. Ample amount of parking available.

We went to this McDonald’s at about 8:30 pm, they don’t close until 11 however they were acting as if they were about to close. We ate inside and it looked like they hadn’t cleaned in a WHILE. There were fries on the floor and every table had at least crumbs if not literal chunks of food on top of them. They brought our food out in bags saying that they didn’t have trays when we saw trays above the trash, the only reason they “didn’t have trays” is because they didn’t want to wash them. Me and my father ordered 2 big macs, he got one that was regular and I got one with light pickles and otherwise was regular, however both our burgers came out with no pickle and no onion? Not to mention the box was covered in grease, yes it makes sense given the food is greasy however I usually don’t see this much of it on the outside of my box and on the receipt. Also the burger buns seemed a little dry and cardboard-like. Not to mention the building is tiny, all the tables are super cramped together.
