This particular location never really seems to be able to keep its dining room clean. We took our kids to play in the play place, which was fine – we aren’t expecting much from a McDonalds. But when we walked into the kids area, there’s a giant milk spill on the floor, along with what looked like half a happy meal. An employee came back there three times to deliver people’s meals, and nobody even put a wet floor sign out. On top of that, it took about 20 minutes just to get two happy meals to our table. Like I said, I normally don’t expect much from a McDonald’s, but even for this location, that was a little much.

The inside was busy, but clean. We had to wait a couple minutes for someone to take our order. The workers were all nice. The food was good, but the sausage biscuits were squished kinda flat. However, it still tasted good.

This store is hit or miss, there are times I received good service and there are time I thought to myself i won’t come back here.
Let’s cut it down,
I’ve experienced times where my an item in my order be missing, and when I mentioned about it, they seem like throwing an attitude while walking back in the building and back out. Several times I had a moment when I asked for no mustard or ketchup and to add mayo on my burgers, I got the opposite and they said tough luck and leave it.
Times when I have to go inside to get some help on the app, I waited for good 20 minutes when they aren’t busy just for them to realized I am there (even though I waved them on or say hey, need help.)
Really sad how this store operates, as I been to this store throughout my lie and my childhood.
Sorry, but this isn’t my cup of tea anymore, mostly thank to managers who doesn’t adjust their team-members or train them customer service.

Christopher was AMAZING. He was already apologetic for my food taking a while. apparently, the kitchen can’t make a correct meal to save their lives my doible cheese came out completely plain, but christopher took care of it in a timely manner and was super nice!!

I never thought I’d give a mcdonalds a 5 star review, but here we are. Fast service, and the food being absolutely amazing will make me prioritize this location from now on. Small details like cheese being melted, and (when ordered extra onions), onions were put on both patties. Didn’t realize how good a double cheeseburger could taste. Great job!

Their Coke is back up to McDonald’s high standards and music is back on in the dining room. Warning – they do charge more for a refill of Coke than almost any other that I have visited in the US and employees are not very attentive to customers.

Never go here late in the day. Idk if they are just constantly understaffed but it’s takes them a long time to take your orders and get the food out.
Just now I pulled up and the first thing they say is “it’s going to be a couple mins” great, I just ordered in the app for a drive through pick up and now I have to sit here.
I waited 11mins for my order to be taken. And then waited 9 mins for my food.

Spicy nuggets were so old I couldn’t eat them. Regular nuggies weren’t too bad. Usually McDonald’s coke hits hard but this location it tasted water down or out of syrup. I would skip this location and try another. Asked for honey got none. Asked for napkins got none. Drive thru team members don’t care. Management should get involved if they want to increase sales.

When the employee spill the order they have to push a button that shows how long it took to fill that order, the employee is here pushed the button before the orders filled then they get busy and forget who is supposed to get White and they have to come out while we’re waiting at the drive-through to ask us what we ordered. That’s very inefficient.

Staff were rather rude, seemed irritated with every customer. Food took 20 minutes+ for a 6 piece nugget meal and an apple pie. when my food finally was given to me, i still didn’t have my drink. mainly js upset because i should’ve been had my food
