Delicious meal. I got a build my own omelet with feta cheese, spinach, mushrooms, peppers and potatoes. The potatoes were hash browns. It was loaded up, the waitress was saying something about the cook being new and I told the waitress to tell him it was delicious and he did a great job, my omelet was super delicious. I also got gluten free pancakes and they were good too! That was a pleasant surprise for me, having allergies, it was great to have some flapjacks!. My bf got the hobo hash with regular flap Jacks and he said it was delicious too. He was also impressed with the ingredients and flavor. You can tell they use real and fresh ingredients. Real spinach, real mushrooms, etc… My bfs mom got the chicken strips and they are made with real chicken! You could tell they were legit. She said the potato fries were the best she’s had in a long time too and they tasted like real fresh potatoes not frozen. The potatoes with the biscuits and gravy looked real/fresh too and his dad said the gravy was good.
The waitress was kind and quick with getting anything we needed. She checked in and made sure everything was good.
Glad we stopped in for a bite to eat!
P.S..we unknowingly came in around closing and no one said anything to us or rushed us! Such a lovely little spot!

I usually go to this place and have a good breakfast, today I went there ordered the usual biscuits and gravy and crispy bacon. When the biscuits and gravy came out which was almost instantly it was just lukewarm barely hide at all and the bacon was like a dish rag I asked for crispy and that’s what I got. Then I got the bill I almost had a heart attack crappy biscuits and gravy that I couldn’t even eat and dish rag bacon. I won’t be going there ever again it’s no wonder they shut down before like instantly they probably should shut down again because it’s gone from good to really horrible. First time visiting since it reopened. It was a coin toss between FJ and Bob Evans for a late morning breakfast while visiting family from out of town.
It wasn’t busy and there was no wait for a table, host told the waitressing crew the table number and head count as we walked by the kitchen. Host asked if anyone wanted coffee and we did but it didn’t come out with the waters. Waitress took close to 10 minutes to come to the table after the host brought the waters.
Breakfast was served fairly quickly and most was all good and well except the temperature on the steak and eggs breakfast (was supposed to be medium rare and pretty much came out mooing).

Family of 4 visited for breakfast on a Sunday morning. The tables were clean and we were promptly brought coffee and juice. We ordered shortly after, one of us had to reorder as they were out of a menu item. Food was served in a timely manner. My pancakes did not come with butter! And we never saw the waitress again until the check. But the children’s bear pancakes were awesome and the alternative breakfast was probably better than the originally ordered. When the waitress did give us our check we asked for a box but didn’t receive one after waiting and finally paying at the front. All in all, we ate good food and had coffee refills readily available at the table.

I didn’t get too many pictures this time, because we were enjoying our meal and companionship. A group of us who have been friends since before high school got together for breakfast here. It’s a great place to eat, the food is wonderful, and the best part is the staff. They are so helpful and friendly. They gave us the bathroom all to ourselves, and checked on us numerous times, and then let us stay there for over an hour after you’re done eating. Second time we’ve been here, and we will definitely meet here again. The restaurant itself is good size, the fair size parking lot, and it’s accessible to all.

I’m very happy with the quality of this restaurant. We stopped for dinner and ended up getting breakfast. They have pages of breakfast choices that made it difficult for me to choose just one.
The waitress seated us right away, immediately took our drink orders and was back within 2-3 minutes with them. She gave us an appropriate amount of time to peruse the menu and helped me decide on my selection.
The cooks here not only prepare delicious& tasty food, but must have lightning fast cooking skills because it was ready in a flash.
I ordered the breakfast quesadilla and was very pleased with my choice. It was egg, onion, cheese, green pepper and my choice of meat was bacon tucked inside a perfectly crisped tortilla. Served on the side was sour cream and salsa. It was a flavor meld perfection!
Hubby got the stack of flapjacks. Three very thick, perfectly browned pancakes and a side of sausage links. The links were the chubbiest links I’ve ever seen-nothing chintzy with this meal!
The waitress was easy to talk to, checked on us making sure we had everything we needed and that the food was good.
The restaurant was decorated in Americana, and very clean- as was the bathroom.
We are happy we stopped here, this is a great local gem in my opinion!

First time trying this one in Dewitt. Ordered sourdough pancakes because they sounded really good.
I got regular pancakes. Told the waitress, who other than asking the cook did nothing. The cashier apologized but still made me pay the full price even though I didn’t eat them.
Definitely won’t be back.

Score reduced to one star until I witness a change
I witnessed the bus person (FYI bandana doo rags are very unprofessional ) using a terrible and lazy procedure. Wiping tables with a barely wet towel , no sanitizer, not putting sanitizer towel back into san. solution between tables. Dry wiping chairs only, no sanitizer at all.

Large group arrived before me and I still got my food quickly. Pancakes always tasty here bacon and eggs were perfect . Prices and portions are excellent.
3 out of 4 chairs were yukky but only on edges breakfast places always get syrup and gravy everywhere lol.
Veteran discount much appreciated
