Just had a guy leave after waiting 45 minutes, I’m in the same boat. The drive through is going quick though, so don’t come inside! Or here in general because the staff are yelling at people waiting inside who want to know where their food is after 20-30 minutes. I’ve seen well over 60 cars go through since I started counting.

Good app experience. Food was cooked and packaged nicely with all the condiments I ordered. They did forget napkins and none were at the counter.

The young girl at the 2nd drive thru food window was extremely rude and aggresive. I asked for ketchup and she practically threw ketchup packets into my hand, causing a few to spill out onto the street. Then, bc I took an extra second to pull out she said “Let’s go! Move! DRIVE!” bc I wasn’t fast enough for her.
Also i ordered a regular coke and was given a diet coke. The burger abd fries was pretty good, at least. But the service at the Second window was horrible and aggressive. No receipt and no napkins given. Lousy service.

Last 2 times I went here it took forever. About a month ago I went to the drive through. Really wasn’t a ton of cars in line. Maybe had 5 cars in front of me. It took 30 minutes to get to the order window. Then another 15 minutes to get my food. Food was cold, they forgot some of the food. Came by again today and left without ordering after about 20 minutes. I was sitting at the order window and they said they are shorthanded and will take my order as soon as they can. Must be 1 guy working in there. Never took my order and didn’t respond to me so I left.

EDIT 2/28/25: They continue to NOT get the orders right. Why am I paying extra for additions and I’m not getting it?
EDIT 4/4/25: I don’t know why I continue to come to this location. These people always forget items, never put BBQ sauce for my kids meals and the drive thru is ALWAYS a half hour wait.
EDIT 4/20/25: I don’t understand why I continue to eat here. BIG DISAPPOINTMENT. I got cold hard old rock mcchicken patties just now.

I never usually post about McDonald’s cause it’s McDonald’s. But it was super busy on Sunday when I went, drive through was smashed. They not only got my order right the customer service was still perfect despite the business. The person who served me was very friendly and I let him know how appreciative I was for them and they were doing a great job. So thank you McDonald’s for making my experience extra nice on a busy Sunday.

I understand things happen, and it could have been a bad or busy day. That was the 1st (and unfortunately last) time we will go there. We had to backtrack to get to that place compared to going home, so the McDonald’s app had us go there. Now I know not to order when I’m at Ross Park Mall, because it might make me go to that one by mistake…

I’ve never been more disappointed with a McDonald’s experience… last time I came it took 30 minutes to even order my food, then when I got to pickup my food it was cold. I have it a second chance today and ordered ahead of time to make it easier. Well I waited in an insanely long line of backed up cars for almost an hour and I didn’t even get to order my food. People kept leaving because we didn’t want to wait. I ended up cancelling my order and leaving. Apparently this is a common issue as I’ve heard many other people express the same issue with poorly made food and the insane wait time. So disappointed.

This place is a joke. Ordered on the mobile app and they took my money. Confirmed the address. Google and the McDonald website says open to 11pm. This was placed at 8:30 pm. When we arrived at 8:50 there were 3 employees sitting in the parking lot on a curb smoking and vaping. They told me they were closed and didn’t offer and explanation. The door was propped open and they went back inside. It seems they just decided that they didn’t want to work anymore and decided to close on their own.
The franchisee should be embarrassed and loose their franchise if they is how they run their business and this is the quality of people they hire.

The new remodel is fantastic, and everything is very modern. The play place is new and clean and is made in such a way that it is not disgusting like the old one. They have the new digital/tablet ordering system, and even comfortable chairs at the round tables. This is our new stop for taking the kids somewhere to play when the weather is unfavorable.
