Food was good. Forgot my shrimp. Waiter left me sitting there. I wanted to get desert but ran out of time. Waiter thought I was paying through mobile machine on table. I only pay cash. Food was good. I will go back

The WORST chilis experience ever! Terrible service. We were a table of 5 ppl.
The server brought two plates with the apps and said they would be back with more plates; he didn’t come back. Then all of food was wrong (some were missing a whole tender, sides were wrong, sauces wrong) server was not attentive. They would leave before we could ask for something, like
“need anything?” “Yeah a diet co-” you couldn’t finish the words and they were gone. AND THEN my friend found PLASTIC in her chicken crisper.
Manager took care of the bill because of our experience but it doesn’t excuse the lack of hospitality.

Me and my group of five had a horrible experience. To start, they decided to seat a family of adults sandwiched between families of loud and crying children. Next, we ordered chips and our entrees and proceeded to only have the chips as we waited an hour for our entrees until our waiter dropped the check at our table and tried to quickly walk away before we asked him why he brought the check. It turns out that he believed five people went out to dinner to just get chips because he forgot to punch in our order and forgot we ordered anything else at all. We then had to reorder our food only for it to be mediocre and a little bland. We spoke to the manager and he apologized and reassured us that he got it covered only to take no prices off the check originally with a total of $200; it was only after my mom commented that taking nothing off was unprofessional that the check magically went down to $80. I will not be returning here and neither should you.

I like chili’s but in this location the food was ok..I usually get the same thing when I go & I enjoy the trio appetizer. This location the sliders didn’t taste the same & my mozzarella sticks were drenched in way too much sauce. Texmex rolls are so good. The service was good & of course the atmosphere is always good.

Had a great experience today!! From the minute we walked in- we were greeted right away. We had a very friendly waitress and the food was delicious. It’s super clean and just a fun environment – would definitely go back and would recommend if you are looking for somewhere to go!

There was a well-oiled machine happening all around dinner with my 2 sons. It was well-tuned and efficient, everything was correct and all service was kind, attentive and pleasant. That being said, the experience itself didn’t feel “pleasant”. With mobile ordering, takeout/”to-go”, table tablet loyalty program troubleshooting, and plates of hot food delivered to our tables in what felt like moments after ordering – i left feeling slightly as if the experience had barely even happened…in under 30 minutes….

I got the Cajun Pasta, but was a bit wary of the spice and asked for no chili spices and the waitress offered to put it on the side which turned out to be much better as I was able to season it to my taste. Was asked quite frequently by a couple workers whether or not we enjoyed the food and needed anything.
The televisions were a bit loud for my taste, however that is just the environment and people usually go there to drink and watch the football game.
Our booth was a small two person, and it was freshly cleaned and was very nice.

Lewis our server was great with food suggestions, and very attentive service. The food was fresh and upto Chilis standards. The restaurant was clean and we had a great experience. Drinks were well made. The guacamole was excellent and the dinner for two deal was a great value with the chicken fajitas. A delicious and very filling meal. All was good.
