I walked in to order food for me and my family and we were helped by this girl named Clare I believe. She was very rude and rushing while nobody else was in line. She was very rude and disrespectful. Not sure what the attitude was about but will definitely take my business elsewhere and not this location. The food was overall not the best. Temperature of the food was definitely not warm and food was dry. If you have such an issue working and helping your customers then stay home.

I like the convenience of PE and the quality of food for the price. However, it is becoming increasingly irritating due to understaffing. I was there on Monday evening around 6:15 PM. The staff was working very hard, and even the manager came out to help with the cooking. So, this is not about the employees. However, when I entered the store, there were 14 people ahead of me. The staff was hectic filling online orders. Some of the on-lone orders had 8-10 components each. For us in line, we stood by and watched while the staff tried to fulfill these orders. Soon, a group of 8 college-age students entered. They were extremely courteous, but after about 5 minutes, they sat down at a table and ordered online. Their order was completed before those standing in line were completed. PE needs to address the workflow and walk-in customers. In the future, I will walk out when the queue reaches eight people. Management—you are failing!

Busy but the staff handled it well. Food was stocked. Good selection. When my husband accidently added to my plate they just grabbed me another one diidn’t complain. Food was tasty as always.

I went to get dinner tonight and specifically asked for two sides of Mushroom Chicken and one side of Honey Walnut Shrimp. I arrived home and upon opening my meal noticed that I received two sides of orange chicken instead of the mushroom chicken. Needless to say, I was very disappointed. Ended up throwing the food out because I can’t eat spicy food. Please pay closer attention to the customer when they are ordering their food.

I went to pick up a delivery here and had a bit of an odd experience. Not terrible but odd. Sometimes drivers are treated in a peculiar way from restaurant workers. The order was small and in the system before I got there, so I probably should have been ready when I got there. I waited patiently like usual after several orders got completed first. Then the young lady makes the drink for the order but only filled it halfway. I’m very lucky I caught it before leaving or else that would have been my whole tip gone, which wasn’t amazing to begin with. Like I said, not awful but quite strange of an experience and makes you wonder.

I honestly wasn’t expecting much from this store since it was closing, I was thinking “I’m probably about to get the left over chicken which is going to be dry and overcooked.” I was definitely wrong, not only was my food fresh, but the portion size was decent, I appreciate the service that the girls at the counter provided thanks again

I used to love Panda Express, but I’m DONE! The entree portions are almost nonexistent while they load up the filler (rice or chow mein). The Honey Hot Chicken is almost all batter with maybe a sliver of chicken. Never again.

Every time I’ve bought food from this place, I’ve been delighted with the service, but today when I ordered three dishes, they only gave me two and filled the other space with just vegetables. I really don’t understand why, when people pay almost $15 for their meal, they’re so stingy about saving on the food.
