At Juicy Seafood Smyrna– customers can make their own seafood combo. All you have to do is choose any ½ LB (minimum two items) and there you go! You are served corn and potato with it. They make the best saucy seafood boil in nashville, reminds me of holy crab in Boston. Its cozy, flavorful and they use Fresh items too. So why the 3 stars? Good question!
The first order was great, so great i reordered the next day, but as a pick up scheduled order (5:30pm) this time, second order was awful! It felt like the cook was away and the washboy was asked to make my order, i picked it up too so it wasnt a good night. I was there around 5:55 ish and had a wide grin on my face, I went to Chipotle to order rice (because every good seafood boiler knows rice with that sauce is the ish!) and got back to my hotel ready to feast. Needless to say, I was disappointed, it wasnt a great night. It was watery and too salty. I am almost certain it was a fluke either someone who shouldnt be cooking handled my order or someone who didnt want to do the job did or whoever cooked it intends to sponsor my hpb.
Will i still buy from here? heck yea, the first order convinced me they actual know how to do seafood boil, but will certainly taste it before i leave the store or before the delivery driver leaves to jave witnesses. They have indeed sponsored by trust issues with this one. I suggest they have quality control person to taste the sauce for scheduled orders so we dont go to bed hungry.

I will NEVER order from here again! I ordered over $100 worth of seafood from here today and it was absolutely awful! I DO NOT RECOMMEND AT ALL!! The gumbo was disgusting it literally was just crawfish boil water they are selling as gumbo! The the crab was entirely over cooked and my mussles had BARNACLES still on it!

Very frustrated with the service or lack there of that I received today! I ordered on Ubereats.. the incorrect order was delivered. I received an order for someone else with completely different items. I called Juicy Seafood and spoke with Emily, I explained that I received the wrong order. She basically told me that I was lying and that she knows what she handed the driver..I read off the ticket which me as the customer wouldn’t have a way of knowing unless I received the WRONG order as indicated! She said well look in the bag.. I explained to her that I had looked in the bag and again it’s incorrect. She continues and states the uber driver must have came back and picked up the wrong order after being initially handed the correct order. This makes absolutely NO SENSE. In addition, when you order any order for pickup, they keep the orders behind the counter and have to hand you the order upon pickup! I told her that the uber driver was returning the food and asked if they could replace rhe order with the CORRECT order (which costs much less than what I received). She said “idk, we will have to figure out what happened”. As a customer, I DONT CARE what happened, all I know is that I didn’t receive what I paid for and I feel like my credibility was questioned when I called to make the restaurant aware!!!!!!! Emily happens to be a manager and her customer service and managerial skills SUCK‼️

My Fiancé and I came to eat for Valentine’s Day and I already loved it here but after tonight I love it more! Vanessa, NaNa, and Brooklyn made our experience so fun and special! Stopped in for a late lunch with my mom who was craving some fried oysters.
We decided to try this little “joint” just to do something different.

She said her oysters were good. Not over fried. I opted for the shrimp Po Boy. It was a pretty simple sandwich. Good amount of shrimp. Shrimp in every bite. Very little lettuce and a piece of cheese. Definitely different than other Po Boys I have had but I actually liked that the shrimp was the dominant taste vs a bunch of lettuce and/or sauce.

No complaints for the prices.

Service was a bit slow considering there were only three other tables being served.

I was impressed the cleanliness of the men’s restroom.

This is our first time eating here and it was absolutely phenomenal. From being greeted by the hostess, who quickly gave us a menu to start reviewing answering any of our questions and educating us on some of juicy original food. We then had Britany our server who took care of every single need and made sure our food was perfect! Our glasses never hit empty our belly’s were full!

We met an incredible family here and plan to revisit with our family soon!

My go-to seafood boil restaurant. I order from here so much that they know my husband by name. We have never had a problem with them so far. The food is always fresh and the customer service stays on point! Their pricing is also fair. Love this place. It’s the only place I will get my seafood boil from!

I’ve been to juicy seafood quite a bit in Smyrna and today I was disappointed. The owner has changed the sausage which look like hotdogs and the king crab didn’t taste like the old King crab he switched. I don’t know if he went cheaper to save money or what but I can tell the difference. I usually get the F and add a pound of scallops. I let the waitress know that I was not happy about my meal. I still paid for it.

So we have been dining with Juicy Seafood for almost 6 years or more and yesterday was by far one of the most embarrassing moments. I order the same thing every time I dine, well on yesterday I got the bag and added sausage and this sausage was the worse, this throws the whole taste thing off-even with more seasoning it still was nasty. I asked the waitress about the sausage and she told me that yes it was changed. Please go back to the sausage that was used previously. If you have to do this I feel like customers should be informed-
