I was on my way to work and stopped here. Worst decision ever. this location is by far the worst. I got in line at 9.12pm and got my food at 9.43. just 4 vehicles in front of me and two ladies working at this location were outside leaning toward a car and holding up the line chitchatting for almost 20mn.

Come to this location often as work is nearby. We cater CFA so often. I came through for biscuits this morning for a group, not only did the worker sound mad the entire time and totally taken aback that we were ordering for a group, but I was told to cater in the future if I want to order for a group… I responded that wasn’t an option, these weren’t complicated, it was one entree only over and over again, no different side etc. I got to the window and they were visibly frustrated, hands on the head, someone was yelling. Being greeted by frustration and this sort of unprofessionalism is acustom to any other fast food restaurant, which is the reason we all come here; CFA is usually above the rest, today they weren’t.

The food is great the restaurant is clean the employees are very courteous. Great job Chick-fil-A. I ordered my food and received it in a couple of minutes. Always my favorite place to go!!!

Went to Chick-fil-A when ordering was told they no longer were doing the Honey Pimento Chicken sandwich although there were 2 signs advertising it as you drove into the drive through. Then said alright will take a banana pudding shake advertisement was right next to me. No longer serving that yet sign advertising this was still up. It would be beneficial to remove signage when a promotional item is done.

We arrived and the restaurant was packed. We anticipated a wait which is understandable. right after we ordered OUR FOOD WAS GIVEN TO US BEFORE WE EVEN RECIEVED OUR CHANGE! Unbelievable how fast the service and how kind the staff was. Truly amazing I’d give 10 stars if I could.
