Another great night at Champs Family Entertainment Center.
We hosted our 5th annual Dads of Milton billiards tournament here, and the experience continues to get better every year. Champs has become our regular spot because it consistently delivers a great environment for our group to come together and play.

Perfect place for a fun family weekend! We visited for my daughter’s 9th birthday and absolutely loved the variety, including bowling, games, excellent food, and escape rooms. A definite recommendation.

Great place…something for everyone. We enjoyed bowling …ten pin, American style…while bowling was fun, the lane was glitches. The staff quickly helped resolve our issue, although it was disruptive to our two lanes. I think they have some repairs to do. Overall, very good. $50 per hour, per lane. 6 people max. Shoes have to be rented for $5.50/person.
The arcade games looked fun.
They also had a bar or club type space…it looked and sounded fun!

We had a fantastic experience at Champs Bowling The atmosphere was fun, clean, and family friendly, making it a great place for both kids and adults.
A special shout-out to Patrick And Emily he was incredibly helpful, friendly, and professional. He went out of his way to make sure everything ran smoothly and that everyone had a great time. His positive attitude really stood out and made our visit even better.
Highly recommend Champs Bowling for a fun outing, parties, or just a great time with family and friends. We’ll definitely be back

Could be great but… Bowling was a bad experience. Not able to put our names into the system. Constant lane malfunction. Severely understaffed. Indifferent manager. Not enough valley choice. Bad lighting over the lanes. The arcade area has worn-out and torn carpeting. Washroom stand up urinal needs privacy dividers. Towel rack hanging from wall. The only bright spot was Bella the server. Excellent service. Like I said, the place could be great but it’s clear that ownership and management don’t care

Terrible birthday party experience. I booked a month in advance. I arrived at the party at 1055am because they open at 1100am and although the door was unlocked, the lights were off and not a single employee was in sight. Was promised a extra folding table to be setup beside lane #1 for gifts, cake and loot bags and no set up done. The table attached to the lane was dirty with food and drink stains from the night before. Took 10 minutes to find staff, who were in the kitchen and not involved with bowling. Needless to say my son’s party started at 1115am instead of 1100am. The manger did not apologize, only gave excuses that his staff called in sick. He pretended to give me a discount for the cost of one kid when I complained to him that they were unprepared for the party and it started late. I had 5 kids at the party which was the minimum according to their flyer that they gave me when I booked in person. He told me it was 6 kid minimum as per their policy and said he would only charge me for 5 kids. So zero compensation for their terrible service and experience. It is very embarrassing in front of all the kids’ parents. He also charged me a mandatory 10% service charge. To the manager: Thank you for the lesson…I will never spend another penny in your establishment. Please see the attached picture of your flyer.

Had one of my best burgers @ Champs tonight. It met all of the expectations advertised on the menu from the savory sweet bacon and BBQ sauce to the Smokin’ Joe Smash burger itself! Fries were hot, fresh, very crispy and perfectly seasoned. The atmosphere was lively with an abundance of TVs playing all of the best games!
Our server, Izzy, was personable and made the experience extremely pleasant. She provided the amazing suggestions on fare and we selected one and we were NOT disappointed. She was very attentive and our order came out quick, perfectly cooked and she even took the time to ask what we thought!
Best experience in quite some time thanks to Izzy and the cooks @ Champs!

I keep trying to give this place a chance. It has so much potential. I’m here on a Sunday evening. There are 6 lanes being played. Plustl the private room. $60 an hour minimum. Maybe 60 people total. The bar area is closed. They send you into the restaurant to order. Even drinks. It’s insane service. So much lost service.

The food was pretty good and the service was good. The Jays game was on the tvs and the volume was too late to speak. Once the game was over a DJ played good music.
There are lots of games in the arcade area, which the kids really enjoyed but the price point was a bit too expensive.
