Customer service is rude and stuck up at front counter. Acting like I’m bothering her. No one is forcing you to work. customers come to your store and put money in your pockets when we buy your products. On top of that after spending 20 dollars they refused to give me a water cup. I understand the policy to avoid customers abusing free cups but if they’re spending money then what is the problem? I also requested my strips and friew to be cooked fresh and they gave me old soggy fries and a strip that looks like it been in the cabinet for an hr… It takes 7min minimum to cook strips. How are you expecting a strore to grow if you treat our valuable customers this way. I’m an employee at another store.. lobby is nasty with people loitering and just sleeping in the booths.

I’ll go out of my way to hit this McDonald’s in particular. Food is always beyond fresh, accurate if you customize your order to the point where I don’t even bother checking, and the staff is always polite if not outright friendly. That combination of upsides cannot be beat, especially compared to most other McDonald’s in the area. Whatever they’re doing – please keep it up, it’s much appreciated and like I said, absolutely worth going the extra miles out of the way. Assurance that your food will be fresh and accurate, and knowing that the staff will not only not treat you as an inconvenience, but seem appreciative of your business – again, so hard to find in the area!

Very horrible my food wasn’t all the way cooked the way I told them no lettuce with mayo they gave mhe lettuce with no mayo chicken nuggets wasn’t done and fries was still cold just a embarrassment we can’t even eat from are fast food restaurants no more they trying to kill ppl I’m bout to stop eating from McDonald’s they won’t get no more of my money

This mcdonald’s sucks.. Taking mad long to prepare orders just to not have all of them. At this point yall workers are lazy and scamming people who are ordering online. I literally specified that i wanted my drink with Extra Caramel Syrup, Extra Cream , Add Sugar, Add Chocolate Syrup yet they added nothing in my drink. It was straight up bitter. I also ordered two of the drinks and mind you they give me only one. I am spending my money so i can feed myself and my siblings just for them to not take their job seriously. I hope yall workers reflect on your mistakes and take your job seriously. If you can’t then i don’t think you should be working there.

Food is fine just like any other McDonald’s but the drive thru service is painfully slow compared to some locations on niagara falls boulevard. Taking orders shouldn’t be 20-30 for 6 cars that’s absurd.

Apparently they are not 24 hours. At 3:00 in the morning we have been told by an employee that they are closed. Even for deliveries.

Forgot our order MULTIPLE times. Asked for chicken nuggets, not in the bag, asked for two drinks, didn’t receive and had to go inside which was a nuisance. Paid $45 just for my order not to be complete.
