Pizza was ready very fast but when I came to pick it up it was cold and overdone – it was dry. It didn’t taste right either. (I order the same pizza from every domino’s every time). There’s like only 3 parking spots available, very old and run down building as well. Stagg can’t be bothered to keep it clean inside. Even the entrance door was so dirty I had to wash my hands with bleach when I came home. I’d avoid this place and make an effort to travel elsewhere.

Made a STUPID mistake and ordered through the app, with my old address still attached, pizza was delivered there. Totally by mistake ! Called and the manager graciously gave me a refund to be able to order from another store, totally was my fault but they were so nice and accommodating. Felt terrible I couldn’t tip the driver for driving to the WRONG address. Thank you for your help!

1 Star – Poor Service & Cold Pizza
I had a terrible experience at this Domino’s. I was told to wait while my pizza sat there getting cold. The place was busy, but there were plenty of workers just standing around looking lost. No one offered to remake my pizza or provide decent customer service. On top of that, someone brought their kid to work and the whole team seemed distracted by her instead of focusing on customers. Unfortunately, Commerce City seems to be full of bad pizza places, and this one is no exception. I recommend going somewhere else for better quality and better service. On top of that they charge for Parmesan and chili flakes.. cmon.

I order here all the time and have a large family. Our average order is about $60-$70 – but they refuse to accept $100 bills. It’s not my job to make change for your manager if they’re too lazy to go to the bank. If you’re worried about counterfeiting then stop being cheap and buy them the markers.

I ordered a $35+ med pizza, when I got there they asked me what I needed, I told them I had to pay for my pizza (I ordered online ) they asked who I was, I told them I was still in the que and said my name, ok, they let me pay… My pizza came out the guy back taking the pizza out boxes it up, I reminded him I had the garlic Parmesan crust. At that point I guess I asked him to go above and beyond the way he looked at me. He looked at the receipt opened the box shook a little cheese on it closed the box handed it back, wanted to charge me for the entire pizza again, told him he still shorted me the garlic butter spread, he just pushed it out to me, so I guess it’s ok to over charge someone and then not give it to them even after asked to correct it. And would not honor the 50% of coupon I had on my phone either. SO, I GUESS I WON’T BE GOING BACK THERE, EVER!!!!

I ordered my food around 5:15pm didn’t get it until 7pm. the food was cold and not edible. there wasn’t any sauce on our cheese pizza. i keep a table by my door for food orders (i have a phobia of things touching the floor) and the delivery person put it on the floor in front of the table. been on hold with them for the past 40 minutes so i can get some warm sauced up pizza but no one is answering. idk what’s going on at the store but they need to get it together and give me my refund or some warm food!
