I had a really enjoyable visit to Burger King on Palmdale Blvd! The food was fresh, hot, and flavorful — from the flame‑grilled Whopper to the crispy fries, everything hit the spot and tasted great. Many customers also mention the food coming out piping hot and cooked just right, which makes this location stand out. 
The staff were friendly and efficient, and the service was quick whether you’re grabbing lunch, dinner, or a late‑night snack. I appreciated how smooth the ordering process was and how I got my food without a long wait.

Today we bought chocolate shakes at this Burger King. The restaurant was completely empty, yet the order still took a long time, but that wasn’t the main issue.
The serious problem happened once we were already in the car. While drinking one of the shakes, a piece of glass came out of the drink. For safety reasons, we had to throw both shakes away because we couldn’t trust that there weren’t more fragments.
We don’t understand how a piece of glass could have ended up in the shake, especially since they use a metal mixer, not glass, to prepare them. This situation is very concerning and a serious health risk.

I had placed my order for 3 SpongeBob Meals totaling $52 ish and the kiosk was messing up I had no idea it refunded my money already, anyhow the manager kept telling ppl they only had the krabby burger after we had paid so I asked for my refund politely and she gave me her ugly look and attitude saying my order wasn’t even placed when I know I did place it but Kiosk was messed up.. then I checked my phone and said nevermind it never even took the money etc my 8 year old daughter was with me and when we walked out my daughter said that the manager gave me an ugly stare as I turned away.. which I don’t care but to know such person is running shifts is embarrassing like why work there if you don’t have the patience smh. Horrible service. I’m providing proof of the transaction as well just in case the lady thought I was lying smh visit was today 12/3/2025 like 6:00pm

I don’t know if today was just a good day or if I went at the right time but the food I received from this location today was the BEST burger king I’ve had in my life!! It’s like they pulled the food from the picture and served it hot and fresh to me! That’s what I received, hot and fresh food, everything was on point, the impossible whopper and the fiery mozzarella fries, omg excellent work!! I will definitely be back! Yes I actually took a picture to prove I am not just trying to make them sound good, the picture says it all.

Didn’t have the food we ordered on multiple occasions. The restaurant had no running water the last time I visited, so im wondering how they were keeping the kitchen clean and sanitary. Of course, they didn’t tell any customers this as they were ordering.
***update*** after several months, i came back and ordered an impossible whopper with mustard, no mayo. They gave me a regular whopper with mayo in an impossible whopper wrapper .
I went and ordered another to see if they’d do it again. . . And they did. Ridiculous.

Drive thru is automated message slop. Makes making customizations difficult and removing items impossible. if you change your mind or it adds things you didn’t ask for, they still want you to pay for all of it at the window or you don’t get your entire order. Two different experiences, both ruined by the ai ordering bs

The guy at the drive thru window was extremely rude when we explained that the ai wasn’t letting us give the code and made it a big problem. Never coming back to this location again. He’s an older man that seems to work the late night shifts.

I was surprised at how quickly they brought the food out when we went through the drive through. However, once I bit into an onion ring it became very apparent that it was sitting out for a long time because it wasn’t warm. I did get my food very fast so I can’t complain too much so I just warmed them up when I got home.

So, I’m pretty sure “classic” sounds nothing like “spicy”, and yet, what did I receive? A SPICY sandwich when I ordered a CLASSIC! Oh and I ordered 3 GRILLED chicken wraps….what I’d I get? 3 CRISPY chicken wraps! I think I might actually have ONE sandwhich that was done correctly. Yay me.
I’m at a point where I’m about to give up fast food altogether because people don’t pay attention to what they are doing.
It’s really not hard to put food items in a bag that the customer orders.
