Do not order through a delivery service. It ordered for the first time through Uber eats and there were multiple items missing and incorrect. When I called the store and spoke to Cindy the manager she said that they were unable to do anything about it. She stated I would have to contact Uber eats which is the delivery service. They took no accountability for the quality of food and missing items. Uber eats is only accountable for the delivery service not the quality of the food. The kids chicken was very dry and hard to eat. The street tacos were missing half of the ingredients. And the the chicken dippers entree was missing our side.

The sampler was excellent. The variety and flavors were very good. The hatch chili queso is my favorite. Unfortunately service fell below standards. The server had no personality and didn’t have a smile. Only as we were ready to pay the bill did she ask if we want any refills. Our glasses sat empty for a little while. The atmosphere was good.

Where is your staff? Waited in the lobby for almost half an hour and no one is here. Many people have left due to waiting. Finally got my pick up order and went home just to find out they were missing items from order. Now i’m waiting here AGAIN for what they forgot. Food is cold and no employee in sight. So much business was lost and our food was ruined. Our pick up time was an hour ago. Thanks Buffalo, wont be back! EDIT: It’s been over an hour now and still no employees!

My boyfriend and I ordered takeout on 10/23 and when he went to go pick it up, they said they did not have anymore of the potato wedges available and the cashier said she would go look to see what they had made up that they could replace it with. My boyfriend waited about 5-7 minutes when she finally came back out with her manager and said “oh so you want a refund” and he was like okay i guess? so she said okay it’ll take about 3-5 days for the refund to go back to your card. so then when he finally came home, we go to eat and i’m missing my french fries that came with my meal. 2 things now gone from our order so i call them and said to refund the french fries as well and there’s no apology, she just says it will be a few days before the refund goes back to our account.
It gets to 11/03 so two weeks go by and still no refund. i call them that night just to see if there was an update. i get transferred to a manager and she said oh they took the potato wedges off the bill and i said uh no unfortunately they did not, we still paid the full $51.36 of our order and she tried to argue that and i said no we got fully charged. she said she will have to send this to her district manager and it will take a few days. i say okay.
it is now 11/27, another 2 weeks and STILL no refund. and we also have never gotten an apology.
i swear every SINGLE time we get take out from here, it is either incorrect or something is missing. Absolutely ridiculous and unprofessional.
Still waiting on that refund.

Great food and great service! Lots of TVs for watching football, basketball, and various sports. Bar has a good variety of beverages on tap.
Food was served quick and hot. Our server was super friendly and took care of everything for us. Even brought us refills when we were getting low and we didn’t even have to ask or say anything.
They have a good variety of sauces for wings and dry seasonings as well. All around great place to eat. Will definitely be coming back!

Food was out pretty fast and the drinks kept coming. Definitely better than my last B-Dubs visit. Street tacos were FANTASTIC, Tots were great. Wings flavors were Garlic Parm, and Teriyaki. Mac n Cheese wasnt the best, very runny and lacking flavor.
