Apparently this location is not busy enough to sell through the food they stack up for the lunch rush so the customers that order meals hours later, get the old food under the warming lamps. Everything i paid for was old food. Chicken was gray, the bombers were tough and the shrimp was cold and chewy. The pie I asked for from the lady taking my order assured me was ready to go. After I got my order and pulled off, no pie. I went back and her excuse was that she wasn’t paying attention to my order. THERE WAS NO OTHER CUSTOMERS IN THE STORE! No love for the drive thru. Fast food is a scam. Church’s is cheap but i dont want left overs for the full price.

I got my Food and it was cold like they served me leftovers or something you would think that the food would be hot being that they took hella long to serve me. not only that they flooded my chicken sandwich with mayo it’s crazy cause this location is normally on point with the food and everything else whenever I eat here smh

The food would have been 5-star, but I had to deduct points because I was given hard biscuits. Normally, the biscuits are great at most locations, but this location fell short. The service was great, but the tone of voice could be deceiving. The atmosphere is relaxed but could use a little cleaning. Overall, it was an okay experience. I may be back for more!

I picked up an order for a customer, the heavy set white lady, who could barely walk had a foul disposition and she was using harsh profanity in the presence of the customer. Disrespectful and unprofessional!! I do not recommend this place!! Seems to be the workers of places like this is, they do not care to present themselves well, and thats super sad!!!!!

Pleasantly surprised! The store is clean and the staff super friendly. Service was quick. Food is very good. I had a 12 piece mixed with mashed potatoes, okra, and jalapeno poppers. All very good . The lady who took my order was very polite and quick. I found a new chicken place!

Read entire post. I ordered 3 chicken tenders only 2 were edible. We also ordered the Texas meal if you want subpar fried chicken then this is the place for you. Update My problem was solved quickly my meal was replaced for free see updated pictures. Customer service is exceptional.

Chicken was okay but mashed potatoes, biscuits and mac and cheese were really bad. Mashed potatoes had really weird taste, mac and cheese were bland and not the best texture and the biscuits were like made of plastic.
Church’s in Puerto Rico is a whole better experience with x10 the flavor.

Lady who took our order was wonderful! However we were a little disappointed in the cold chicken! We know just how good church’s chicken is and our expectations just were not met! Bathrooms desperately needs a updo disgusting is to nice of a word.
