We get Chipotle burritos 2-3x month and they’re always good. This time, the girl rolled them up in a way I can’t describe, but the end product looks like a donut. Instead of tucking the ends in and then rolling up side to side, she tucked the sides in first and rolled it from end to end.
Hard burrito shell down the middle. Sour cream only at one end. And the filling was much smaller than usual. I hope this does not continue as we like to come here on our way out of town for a quick easy dinner. If it does, we won’t come back.

Highly disappointed!! Ordered online and went to pick up my order. Not only was it not ready at the time it was supposed to be but it then took them another 35 minutes to get our order made. Employees were standing around more than ever. That’s not tater problem. The problem is the girl in the picture who thought is was funny to slam other online orders on the counter and laugh when called out by a doordasher. Apparently they hire anyone.

Don’t let this Americanized Mexican food fool, you i visit this restaurant just to see and check on the food. I ordered a burrito with beans rice lettuce and tomato. Well I was very disappointed at my burrito, first the beans were ok, the rice was undercooked, some of the rice were hard, this can only happen if the rice was left out the warmer for too long, or was not freshly made, the lettuce did not taste good, the tomatoes had a brown part on it, like either not fresh, or is been out refrigeración os simply low quality item. Well , needless to say I did not enjoy my meal and for the price, it was a costly food that the garbage can gladly accept . Maybe there are other foods available but I will not take a chance with my money. Soda was ok several hot sauces ok, they cover the real taste of the beef pork or chicken. But don’t take it from me, I am only one person with this opinion, if you feel hungry and daring, go for it and have your own opinion. If you like what you see and eat you will form your own opinion. My opinion is based on authentic Mexican food consumption from real Mexican food. Using mexican spices and mexican ingredients makes the authentic Mexican flavor we’ve learn to love.

Unbelievable. We waited 30 minutes in line. They were out of the meat we wanted, so we have to wait 10 minutes to them to refill it. They were going to hold onto what they already put in the bowl. Because cold rice is safe. We waited. Saw they refill a small pan of the meat and no one came to get us. Then they nearly emptied the pan into two meals. Were you expecting us to cut everyone in line? Or get back in a line that was out the door? Do better.

Had the new marinated chicken burrito. The chicken was tasty and cooked perfectly. Staff was friendly. Only complaint is that the burritos are approximately 75% of the size they used to be.

Ordered pickup and the staff was super attentive and friendly! The food was fresh and they didn’t skimp on their portion sizes for sure!! Plus they gave my doggie a piece of chicken in the drive thru and it made our day.

Me and my brother, went and ate at Chipotle Mexican grill and the food was really delicious and the staff was friendly and vary helpful about any question’s I got the 3 chicken taco’s and my brother got the chicken salad with to drink’s. I personally like the place because the grill there meat’s. Definitely worth the money.

Have a wife who is 6 months pregnant and all she wanted was their pico and chips. Came in to pick that up and the manager and employees were super kind and graciously just gave it to me. We’ve also been here several times and picked up our favorites to go and it’s always been great!

The food is over priced for such small portions. I paid 20 dollars for a burrito bowl and the steak was salty my salsa was salty the chips were stale. And the cashier’s were rude. I’m never coming here again.
