Garbage experience. Probably some of the worst Taco Bell employees I’ve ever met, goofing off, zero cares given. Food was sloppily put together and the restaurant was filthy with employees literally just standing around talking. I absolutely hate this taco bell and it makes the whole chain worse than it already is.

I went to this liason to see if they could get it right, but they didn’t. I ordered my bean burritos with extra sauce and extra cheese, but none of the Salem locations EVER got it right. Today, i ordered 3, and NONE had extra sauce or cheese! They charged me$1.95 for extra cheese and .90 for the extra sauce! Make sure you get what you pay for folks or get your money back! I haven’t said anything till today, but it’s a common practice for the last 6 months or so.

every time i come here, the food is either cold, stale, or ingredients are mixed that shouldn’t be. the taco bell further south on commercial has never given me issues— the food there comes out great each time. i will not be making the mistake of coming to this location again.

Absolutely abysmal service in the drive-through on October 25 between 10 and 11 PM. I waited exactly 58 minutes to receive my order, absolutely unacceptable. When I finally got to the window, it took 11 minutes to receive my order. I witnessed two employees standing around, not doing anything using their cell phones. Totally unacceptable and infuriating, wasted an hour of my life at this sad establishment. Schedule more people or close if your service will be so terrible. However, I have to admit the one person that was actually working was very friendly and seemed to know what they were doing. Too bad all the other employees were too busy staring at their cell phones.

I just made myself a google account because I think it’s so important to let yall know how awful this place is. SAVE YOUR TIME AND YOUR MONEY. GO SUPPORT ANOTHER BUSINESS. Not only did I wait about 20 minutes for an order I placed ahead of time, but they literally forgot half of the items I ordered. No chips and cheese, no 5-layer beefy burrito, no cheesy Gordita crunch. I was almost pleasantly surprised to even get my correct drink. Not so great looking guy working in the front gave me an attitude every time I checked on my order; which was twice over the course of about 20-25 minutes. So it takes you guys almost half an hour to roll together a few tacos but also you mysteriously forget multiple items? I will never go back here and quite honestly I’m poor enough that I’m genuinely upset about that 10 dollars gone to waste on food I never even got. I wouldn’t have ever ordered here if I knew they weren’t going to do their jobs well.

First and foremost the amount of bad reviews for this Taco Bell and not ONE single reply from anybody or anything…I have been in the drive through for 50 minutes now, I’m still a car back from the order box and employees are cleaning and leaving work..Not to mention taking videos of the backed up drive through as they leave the building. Management here is lacking to say the least, where are the employees to accommodate the business, why are drive through times 50 minutes and longer?

All taco Bell locations in Oregon are lacking meat in the burritos. I ate the pablano quesadilla. It tasted okay. But it was lacking meat. The picture in the drive up looked 45 percent bigger than what I received. I can’t order cantina chicken anything. Because they screw you and forget to put meat in these items. The crunchy taco beef was okay. It boils down to when you get a shitty burrito loaded with slimy nacho cheese and chips for fillerand no meat you feel cheated. I will just eat at my local Mexican restaurant and stop eating Taco Bell.
