Stopped but here today. It was our 1st and last time here. The servers were friendly, but the service was non-existent. She asked me if I would like some hot sauce, and I said yes. She never brought us one.
I finished my tea, and they never came by, not even once, to see if we needed anything. I finally got up and got the refill myself and brought it back to the table. I could also have been mistaken, and maybe this place is self-serve.

It had been a while since I had stopped by, the tacos did take a little while for them to come out and the flour Tortillas were on the tough side, the lengua was a little dry but the other tacos were good. The service was ok as the waitress looked like she was having a rough time. The owner was checking in and making sure we were good, so that was appreciated, so I will come back as food was not terrible, just not the best.

We have stopped here several times to and from Houston. Food and service is always very good. Caldo is plentiful with plenty of meat and tortillas are great. Gorditas also very good. Food is very good just not to die for is why only 4 stars

I came in and gave the fajitas a try. And i was super disappointed. Come on, if your menu says Fajitas and you’ve eaten fajitas, you know what they served was nothing near fajita. The pictures on the menu look good yet deceiving. i ordered it, and to my surprise, I told the waitress this is NOT fajita, and she replied well No… but i said it says, and it isn’t. Story short if you are labeling and advertising fajita dont be false… put beef or whatever it is to top it all of was super dry. The chicken was over cooked was dried. I did not enjoy my plate and was not well worth the price. It’s up to you if you order this dish, but it isn’t make me wonder if all dishes are like this false advertisement, especially because it is featured on their menu. I will stick to breakfast instead. I was not a fan of this dish, and pictures speak for themselves. Maybe presintation was nice, but the taste and what the menue says was false. Big No. IYKYK
this place is an awesome family owned restaurant it is amazing y’all if your on the road and hungry, don’t hesitate to eat here. You WILL NOT REGRET IT. our experience for the first time was great. My waiter Robbie was very nice and polite. The cook PREPARER they have is Mr. Adrian, outstanding wow and the cook. I think they said Francisco is like wow. They ain’t shysty with the food, let me tell ya. You will definitely get your Moneys worth and with such great food. When heading towards corpus christi from the RGV, I’m most certainly stopping and eating here again.

We stopped here for a late dinner. This Restaurant has a drive thru. Restaurant was almost empty when we arrived there, server helped us quickly and our food came in no time. Our meals were good and prices are good. Restrooms were clean and well stocked.

I came in no one was welcoming or even came and asked for our drink until about 5 minutes later. The waitress ended up being really nice. Food was good. Wish the “camarones a la diabla” were actually spicy but everything else was still really good! Chips & salsa were good aswell. Will definitely go back when I go back to that side of TX.

Been eye balling this place for years, first time was cash only. Today I went through drive thru, took a few minutes due to a large order ahead of me. I got a beef fajita taco all the way and a carne guisada. The beef fajita was amazing, probably best fajita I’ve had in a while, could use a little more meat. The carne guisada lacked flavor. Flour tortillas were homemade and cooked perfectly. Total cost was 8.50 and worth it. Will be swinging back by when in the area to try more items.
