Had a long day driving from Oklahoma City to olive branch and decided to live large and have dinner here before we checked in at the Hampton inn. Really delightful, chatted about our trip, great food. If we do the drive again next year, we’ll be back. Five stars from us.

forgot to post a review till now on this horrible experience but this happend on christmas. only place that was open i wouldn’t have gone here otherwise but surprisingly the food was great. issue i had tho was our waitress. she might have been the rudest server ive ever had in my life. we asked for forks and she rolled her eyes and practically threw them on the table. she had a bad attitude the entire time we were there. when she took our order she had the kind of attitude like she was mad that we were there getting food. i don’t see why someone like that is allowed to serve people but then again the food was great so it wasn’t all bad

I really enjoy her stopping here after leaving the airport from vacation. The food is always hot and cooked to perfection. The server that we had was very friendly and very courteous. Our food was brought to us in a timely manner. Most importantly the food was delicious.

Had the cheese steak patty melt and it was great! Full of flavor! Had the hash browns scattered, smothered, covered and topped…great choice. Since we were the only customers at the time, tables should have been cleaner. Other than us having to wipe table and seats off, it was a good experience. Employees were very friendly and polite. Great cook asked us questions to make sure he was getting it correct since evidently waitress was newer.

the food is good and everyone is nice. THEY DO NOT REFILL YOUR DRINK AT ALL. go quenched. i also sat down and the tables didn’t have menus and the waitress put menus down on all except mine. i felt ignored. i have every time i’ve gone in there. the waitress remembers me too. i’m very upset at the service.

Very nice accommodating staff. Prompt service. Clean atmosphere. Calm and cool. Easy access. Being homeless for nearly 4 years waffle house always had a place for me to sit and charge my phone or rest. I’m thankful for waffle house and all of the awesome employees I can’t really say that I’ve ever ran into an unpleasant experience at any waffle house. They have given me free food on multiple occasions as well. Highly valued business in my opinion.

The waitress said she was going to the back for something . While she was gone 4 people came walking in. She took their orders before she tried to take mine. I will never come back to this location again. I did rate this restaurant 5 stars previously.

The hostess seemed to be bothered and tired. I ordered coffee, it didn’t come. I asked again. I got an “unh-huh” and an eye roll. The food was great. The service was lacking.
