Very nice restaurant right by the lake and look into the marina!

Great selection of wine and beer with great lunch and dinner menu!

Most impressive thing is the kitchen or chief can twist or alter the dish to your liking which was amazing!

We have our perch cooked the we like and they accommodate it!

Five stars just for that!

Top quality food. Bartender needed to be called every time for attention. Atmosphere is great but we were denied a table without a reservation. Several tables were free for the entire 1.5 hours I was there, so not sure about that.

I brought my family here for Thanksgiving dinner, and spent $500 on a very subpar experience. The salmon, chicken, and pasta were too dry to eat. They were completely out of stuffing and pumpkin pie. The rest of the desserts were terrible. There was not one dessert that anybody ate more than one bite of, and most of our plates had to be taken full of food. It would seem to me if you notice a table eating very little of each plate they tried, somebody would ask us how the meal was. I gave a $65 tip for plates being picked up. They never even asked if we wanted another drink. I had one Sauvignon blanc, and my husband had one Budweiser. We had gone for the brunch in the past, and it was great, but we definitely would not go back again after this year.

The lake house was so beautiful and delicious! I was looking for where to take my family for a nicer dinner on the 4th and this did not disappoint. The atmosphere was amazing, they had nice music playing in the background and it almost sounded live. Our server Brandon was very kind and gave lot of attention despite the restaurant being more crowded. Food took a little while to get to us, but everything tasted delicious! I especially loved the raspberry sorbet — very refreshing!

This restaurant is located in a very beautiful area. It’s designed for great indoor and outdoor dining with beautiful views of the lake and boats with a lovely viewing deck. The staff are excellent and very attentive. The food is good but could be better. We have been here on three occasions and the food can vary. I guess it depends on the day and who’s cooking. We ordered simple this time. The crab cake appetizer with a jalapeño bacon jam and slaw. The jam was incredible. The cakes should have been fried. They tasted maybe microwaved or baked. We both ordered burgers, which were prepared as requested but very dry, no seasoning. The bun was toasted, my husband had a hearty amount of fries, but paid extra for fries because the burger came with chips. I wanted a salad instead of chips and that was extra! We paid over $70 for two burgers an appetizer with 3 crabcakes and a pop! My husband did have a pop. I will say the rolls brought out while we waited were good. They were basil flavored rolls, with a garlic and basil butter. I guess we’re mostly paying for the view and service! We were celebrating our 44th wedding anniversary!

Their crab cakes were decent. Walleye was good. Everything there was just basic food. Nothing wowed me to where I’d go back. They spent a lot of time on the presentation of the food. I got an old fashioned and literally had three sips and it was gone. Service wasn’t the greatest. I wanted tarter sauce and my meal was almost done by the time I got it. I spent a bit over $200 for basic food and service. The presentation of the dishes was great. On a plus the views were spectacular. We sat outside and saw a beautiful sunset.

The food was delicious, the service great and the ambience was amazing. We started out with the waffle fries and they were delicious with a bunch of toppings. All the entrees were delicious, although my friend who had the beet salad mentioned that it was good but she’s had better. We shared the desserts and they did not disappoint!
We will definitely be back if we’re in the area again.

We went to The Lake House for the first time with our best friends, for our wedding anniversaries. The setting is right on the lake, next to the marina, which is nice. My initial impressions were that the restaurant was clean, but felt a bit dated; like being ushered back in time to an 80s/90s movie, which my wife really liked. I felt like The menu was kind of small and the prices a bit high. Our food was very good, but our friends said the gnocchi had way too much sauce on it and the broccoli was overcooked. Our server, Bradley (I think) was phenomenal. We had the best time with him and he attended to our every need. He even hooked us up with free desserts for our anniversaries, which were amazing! We live about an hour away, so I don’t think I’d ever drive that far again just to go there, but if you’re in the area, it’s worth checking out.

We had dinner for Valentine’s Day. I had perch, she had Walleye. We had their great onion rings as an appetizer. Our server was excellent. All this made for a memorable evening.
