I understand the matcha iced latte needs to be cold. Unfortunately this location gave me almost a full cup of ice. I paid $7 for this. This is the second time I’ve had it happen. I get this drink all the time at other Starbucks and it NEVER has this much. Not even close. 🙁

Hey Starbucks, your business is already declining, yet you have staff at this location who are incredibly rude and lack basic judgment skills. I had stopped going to Starbucks for that very reason. Today, my phone service was temporarily disconnected, so I stopped by to grab a coffee and look up the nearest cellphone service location.

I purchased a couple of items and had $50 cash on me. The first cashier told me they didn’t have change. Then her associate.. a big guy.. showed up with a key and said, “Oh, we do have change.” He proceeded to take my $50 bill and held it up to the light to check its authenticity .. right in front of everyone.

By all means, verify your bills, but there’s a polite and professional way to do it. This lack of courtesy and training is exactly why I stopped visiting your cafes in the first place.

I visited this Starbucks around 6:54 AM and was disappointed with the lack of urgency and care during my visit. I placed a simple order—a cinnamon dolce latte and a muffin—and even though I was the only customer inside, it took over 10 minutes to receive my items.

What made it worse is that the drive-thru orders were prioritized and completely cleared out before they even started on mine. When I finally did get my drink, it wasn’t even the cinnamon dolce latte I ordered.

The barista with locs seemed more focused on restocking than taking care of customers who were already waiting. He could have made my order quickly, then continued his task, but instead there was absolutely no sense of urgency. Overall, this was a frustrating and disappointing experience.

I cannot complain about the customer service or the time it took for me to get thru the drive thru but the strawberry frappachino i ordered was horrible, did not taste sweet at all all and was basically equivalent to eating snow with pink dye. I drank 2 or 3 sips and thru it away. I was disappointed with this last visit

Went here yesterday through the drive thru for my usual favorite drink, drink was awful, order a iced blonde vanilla latte with oat milk with a strawberry cream cold foam, dark chocolate curls topping, that drink had no classic syrup, barely any coffee, a whole lot of oat milk and ice so I went back around to the drive thru to get it remade and the second drink was made incorrect also, no classic syrup still, right amount of coffee this time, whole lot of ice, I just left it alone, was not about to go a 3rd time around through their drive thru, what a disappointment, this location and schererville would be my fav and closed one to go to, now schererville location I will only be going to

Weak customer service, unaccessible bathrooms, 3 inch thick ice on the parking lot, dirty tables and floors, and night club loud music are the features of this not so fine establishment. If you decided to meet there for a business meeting, forget it- you won’t be able to hear yourself talking. And if you want to go to the bathroom, you will be asked to purchase coffee first, because the bathroom doors are coded. Sad and pathetic place.

I’m tired of Starbucks. They already too expensive and then have the nerve to charge or require a purchase for a plastic fork. Thankfully they didn’t charge me to wash my hands in the bathroom. Such an elitist brand. I’m over it. I had actually made a purchase at different Starbucks a couple hours ago. Now I know the brand ain’t worth the little money I got.

Literally just left here I wish I would have known they gave me an ice cold cheese Danish before I had tipped 5 bucks. And it’s not cause I let it get cold I opened it right after leaving the drive thru, they never warmed it up so it’s cold, hard, andinedible do better that giving your customers cold food while asking for tips
