Yesterday, 12/30/2025, we came here to celebrate my partner’s birthday, and the experience was absolutely wonderful from start to finish. We ordered the chicken appetizer along with two burgers, and everything was delicious — flavorful, well-prepared, and clearly made with care. To top it all off, we were surprised with an amazing dessert that made the night feel extra special.
What truly stood out, though, was our server. I regret not getting his name, but he was a gentleman with dark hair and glasses who also worked behind the bar. He was genuinely kind, incredibly attentive, and made us feel so welcomed. His personality shined just as much as the food did, and he went out of his way to make sure my partner’s birthday dinner was memorable. Every request was met with warmth and a smile, and his service truly elevated the entire experience.
Thank you so much for making my partner’s birthday dinner so special. The food was fantastic, the service was exceptional, and we left very happy. We will absolutely be coming back soon — and whoever reads this, please pass along our compliments to him. He truly made our night.

Ordered the OM cheeseburger for carry out, got home and opened the cup that contained the cheese and cheese was burnt to the side of the cup. The burnt cheese took the shape of the cup. Took the cheese back, asked for a manager, had him take a look at it and he asked what it was. I told him it was your cheese for the dish. With puzzled look on his face, he asked what did they do to it. His solution for compensation was expired $5 coupons. I’ll be eating good in another neighborhood.

Waitress Tammy H. begging for tips and made us feel like low class citizens. We always spend a decent amount on each time. Plus for an attitude when we first got there over taking up an extra table. We always leave a cash tip and she didn’t ficw us time for one, we was still drinking our sweet tea. We will will not be back as long as she is working.

Havent been here for awhile as it was mediocre the last couple times. Had a gift card to use so decided to give it a try @ 4:30 on a Friday.
Didn’t have a chance to review the food because of the lack of attentiveness. Walk in and seated by someone less than professional looking. 7 minutes we sat and never had a server show up. Got up and asked host if we had a server? He went and talked to a few servers…. they all looked at us from the kitchen area… and then the host and the servers continued to ignore us. We didn’t say anything else and got up and left 3 min later, Host told us “thank you, have a good night”.
So, thanks Applebees… this does not go unnoticed. Your establishment will more than likely suffer the same fate as others due to poor employee customer interactions.

B Main
We had to Erin 3x for sause. I am not sure where Erin goes after taking our order but we have to wait till she returns to ask for refills, you may ask why… cause NOT one other staff member would make eye contact. If Erin had to work in back (do to weather. Which is very possible) the other staff should have covered her tables. All you can eat only has 6 pieces come at 1x. So dont order if you dont have the time to keep waiting. Waited 10 mins for each plater of only 6. Which took 2.2 secs to eat

There is still a 90s vibe going on. The seats and chairs are not in good repair. The seat vinyl is ripped and chairs are very wiggly. We ordered appetizers and as we ate, more and more people were starting to come in and we noticed that those people were getting their food before we got ours and we were getting a little upset. It ended up being an hour to an hour and a half before we got our food and we had to keep reminding our waitress. I’ve been a manager so usually if you have issues you should dock The ticket knocking off discounts or something. But they didn’t. We will not be back for a while.

Food/drinks are ridiculously overpriced for the quality. When I was the only customer in the establishment, my drink was forgotten about until I asked for my tab. Applebee’s has really gone down hill, it used to be a good place to eat now it’s highway robbery for a simple lunch.
