One of our favorite lunch spots! We’ve been coming here for the past decade. We love their mixed grilled plate, lamb curry, falafel salad and lentil soup. All their desserts are wonderful too especially the mini rose. Highly recommend for anyone wanting fresh and cozy food.

The restaurant’s food was delicious. The menu is halal, so I found it online and went. The portions seem a bit smaller than other places, but they’re still enough to fill you up. I parked my car in the market across the street. The neighborhood was quiet and safe. The staff was very helpful. I’d love to go again and recommend it.

Such delicious Mediterranean / Middle Eastern food! The lamb and green bean stew was so authentic and simple that was absolutely tasty! The supreme hummus was very good too! The staff was friendly and attentive, welcoming us and getting our food to us quick. We are definitely returning!!

Do NOT eat here. Paid over $20 for “Gyro Platter” for four pieces of meat, one small cut up pita bread, and what looks like a small grocery store pre-made salad. If I could give it no stars, I would. Save your money and eat somewhere else.

I wish i could continue recommending this place. This used to be a wonderful and affordable option for really delicious Mediterranean food. But after several, not so good visits, I think it’s time to update our review. We recently visited and we’re overcharged for everything. They took food from us that they made incorrectly and charged us double for it, And the already very expensive side of sauce, which is two dollars for about a tablespoon or so we were double charged for. When we asked about it at the register while checking out, they pretended to not speak English well enough to communicate with us. We decided it was not worth the hassle and just paid and left and will not be returning. Being a diabetic, I ordered a diet soda. Luckily, my wife tasted it first because it was a full sugar drink, and could have put me in a very bad place health wise. When we brought it up to our waitress, she was very callous about bringing the correct drink to us. My chicken gyro only had 3 little slivers of meat on it as well. And their idea of Vinaigrette dressing is to cover your lettuce and vinegar and give you a cup of oil. It was truly awful.
I don’t know. It used to be nice to go to but after the last few times we just will never go back.

Nice family owned halal restaurant with halal emblem on the counter. For the price I pay and food I get, the veg sampler was reasonable. Not overly seasoned and tasty. The dolma was filling. I just did not like the falafel. Fast and courteous service. Clean dining room and restrooms.

Safura’s Mediterranean Cuisine is such a pleasant surprise! The food is full of flavor and tastes incredibly fresh; you can tell they put care into every dish. The chicken shawarma was juicy and well-seasoned, and the hummus was creamy and perfectly balanced. The portions were generous too, which made it well worth the price.
The atmosphere is warm and welcoming, and the staff were friendly and attentive without being overbearing. It felt like they genuinely cared that you were enjoying your meal.
The only small reason I didn’t give a full 5 stars is that the service was just a bit slow during the busy dinner rush but honestly, it was worth the wait.
Overall, a great spot for anyone craving authentic Mediterranean food in a relaxed, cozy setting. Highly recommend Safura’s!

Fantastic Mediterranean diner though most of the appetizers are fried. I enjoyed the dolmas and the lamb okra stew. Gyros are excellent too. Great food and service. I’ll be back!

I have been here multiple times over the past several years and have noticed the quality and authenticity has gone way down. In a recent, and what is likely to be my last visit ever, the shawarma sandwich lacked true Mediterranean flavor. My friend and I also shared the hummus appetizer, which was unpleasantly bitter, and skimpy for $6. The service was friendly but no one checked to see if we needed refills or to ask if we were satisfied even though they weren’t busy.

We came in early for lunch and there were only two other couples so we sat at a table for four, (I felt bad about that). 30 minutes later there were no empty tables. Food was great, very flavorful, service was good, even for those who came in late on the lunch rush. I’ve been there before and will be back again.
