What can I say, the service was phenomenal! We came in with a party of about 20, and our server was absolutley on top of it! She was cracking jokes, moving swift, and being patient and kind; all while making sure all of us were taken care of! The place was clean, and quiet, the bathrooms were clean, the food was good as usual! But what really makes a restaurant good is the expierence you have, and Miss Girl went above and beyond! We had so much fun!
The only complaint I had is that the chicken tenders recipe must of been changed, because they didnt taste or look like usual :'( other than that I enjoyed my meal, and the unsweetened peach iced tea is very good, and I recommend! I have been to this location several times, and it has been hit or miss in the past, but as long a they keep that server on their team, they will be good to go! I wish I had gotten her name!

I order the Chicken Noodle Deep Dish Dinner to-go once or twice a month for the last few months lately. Each time Bucyrus gets worse with the noodles. Now to the point today that I don’t know that there’s even 12 noodles in this & even if so, not full noodles. This is a $13 meal & I’m getting an ice cream scoop of mashed potatoes, the biscuit & that’s about it. The biscuit was hard as a rock underneath & there was no butter given. I even tip, but I won’t again, I won’t be back to the Bucyrus, OH location.

Had supper here on 10.13.2025 and was served by Haleigh. Unfortunately I didn’t take pictures of the chicken cranberry salad because I had been traveling most of the day and was very hungry. It was delicious and I Highly recommend it. BRAVO and THANK YOU Haleigh!!!!

Our server Jessie was absolutely amazing! She was so friendly, attentive, and made us feel genuinely welcomed from the moment we sat down. Our food came out quickly, everything was perfect, and she checked on us just the right amount. You can tell she really cares about her customers and takes pride in her work. Jessie truly made our experience better, especially with my ornery grandpa giving her heck about everything (he’s just a jokester never any harm) but we’ll definitely be back and hope to have her as our server again!

I’ve eaten at a lot of different Bob Evans’s. This one however, was not like the rest. Our server Taylor was absolutely awesome. Made my night. My food was on point. Best hash browns I’ve ever had. The cowboy fries were made to perfection. When I asked Taylor to let whomever made the food, know how good it was. (It was the manager so good job on giving them that position). Great job. I’ll remember this location and come back for sure.

Great food, and even better service! Our server was on top of refilling our drinks every time she noticed they were empty! I highly recommend the new Peach Berry lemonade, it was delicious! All around I suggest if you are looking for a place to eat in Bucyrus, Bobs is the place to go! Thank you Jessie for the amazing service!

Been to many Bob Evan’s restaurants and never had one as good as this location. Service is great, and the meal is prepared perfectly! When I ordered eggs over easy, they come out as ordered. Highly recommend!

Sat for 30 minutes before getting drinks. Food came out cold and burnt. Tried to politely talk to the manager about it and was dismissed due to them being “busy”. I understand resteraunt business as I have worked in it for a few years, but I dont believe that 7 tables is truly “too” busy to keep us waiting, and for our food to be bad. Got a $5 discount but we really should have left whilst waiting on our drinks.

Used to be a nice place to go, we were told it wasn’t good anymore and I wish we had listened. Walked past dirty tables and over food on the floor to get to our table, which was somewhat clean except for the chairs which were visibly dirty. Our server started out good, brought drinks and food then disappeared for quite a while. We waited without refills or our bill for quite a while. While we waited, we both went into absolutely disgusting bathrooms, feces and urine on the toilet in the women’s bathroom and feces and urine in the only working toilet in the mens restroom. Ended up going to the gas station next door to find a clean bathroom. Photos of the tables and floor that stayed dirty through our entire visit.
