Went there today to get some food for me and my wife and my daughter I went inside to order my food. It took them over a half hour to make my order,two people that ordered behind me got their food before me and by the time I got home my food was super cold and they told me what took so long was they’re making the chicken nuggets fresh newsflash they were not fresh Also I requested big Mac sauce on the side when I went to my car to check everything I noticed there was no big Mac sauce so I went back inside and the lady gave me an attitude and said it’s in the bag. I wish I would’ve gotten her name. Oh well crappy service not coming back here. They should get rid of that McDonald’s and put a Burger King there!

I ordered a snack wrap meal last night and when I got home, I bit into one of them and it was hard frozen and it’s chicken. I could’ve really gotten sick from it. You guys need to do better.

I wrote this couple weeks ago but I guess it got taken down? So I’ll rewrite it again.. my boyfriend waited 20 minutes around the corner were they make you wait for your food and the gentleman the comes out with the food was giving all the other people’s food being him so he asked if his food was done because he was waiting that long outside.. the guy was confused and ask has it been that long and my boyfriend pointed out the sticker that they put on your window and has the time stamped on there so he said he will go see and grab it. It’s been about 7 minutes before my boyfriend had to walk in and ask for it .. not only did they make him wait 30 minutes for his food! But our food was cold! Probably sitting on the counter they forgot it on.. the fries were so cold and were un edible.. you know when McDonald’s fries get cold they are basically garbage.. to top it off my burger tastes so bland and disgusting but didn’t think anything of it because I’ve been waiting for my food and I was hungry.. I first mistake was not looking at it until I was half way done before I flash my light on my burger and it was PINK! that’s what I was tasting… I felt sick to my stomach my burger was NOT cook thoroughly. Didn’t feel good for the next 2 days.. yes, I also have photo of my burger. Do better McDonald’s all I have to say. Disappointed not the first time I’ve had problems with this McDonald’s. It will be the last.

Never really had a problem at this location until today. Tried to go in with my son before school to get him breakfast. A couple days ago i had an issue with the app and my coupons. It took two managers and a lot of time to correct the issue so I tried to speed things alone by going to the counter. Unfortunately, here they demand you go to the kiosk. I told the employee I have cash and coupons. She helped the person behind me instead. I had already waited over 5 minutes to place my order. I was trying to give my son a special breakfast for school and instead we had to leave with him still hungry because she refused to help us at the counter

Went through the drive through on 12/7/2025 and order a Grinch meal.
I ordered a large and yet got a small fry and also never got the dill pickle seasoning that was supposed to come with the meal.
Also the mystery socks you are supposed to recover in the meal were already opened. I asked for another pair that’s not opened and was told they all had tears in the top corner because one of the employees wanted to get all the pairs. I understand that people want to collect all the mystery pairs of socks but employees should not be opening up the packages and then giving the socks they don’t want away to customers. I definitely will also be reporting this to corporate. I’d Avoid this McDonald’s and just choose a different location. This one has went down hill really fast due to poor management I’m guessing. I Definitely won’t be coming back to this location.

I visited this McDonald’s for the second time on Friday, January 9th, 2026. I really enjoy the Bucciferro Family McDonald’s. I didn’t really have any issues, they were fast and efficient, they were decently respectful, and overall it was a very positive meal. No issues like some of the other comments mention. This is unacceptable. You only have 30 minutes of lunch, you go to the drive-up, order a Big Mac, and not only do they send you to the side of the road to prepare your food, but you also get cold food—cold fries—the Big Mac cheese isn’t even melted, so cold you go back to work to eat it, and what the heck. I’m very disappointed. Either McDonald’s replace the employees who want to work or they should close this location. Why is it even there? Not only has the food gone up in price, but the service is terrible.

I was deeply disappointed with my service today. I paid extra for my kids happy meal to have an extra patty, no pickle, and cheese. I got pickles, and no extra meat. The curbside pickup didn’t even seal our bags and they just dropped it inside the window onto my lap.
