Probably will never come back back to Wendy’s after this most recent experience. I placed an order of a triple cheesy burger and a bacon cheese baked potato. They didn’t have potatoes which was really disappointing but they told me I could get it refunded through the app. When I get back home I attempt to do this I call the number and it just hangs up on me when I select the option about an issue with order. So I was charged for the something I didn’t receive and am unable to get it refunded basically being scammed and stolen from. The burger was also bad it had literally no cheesy sauce at all. To top it off I didn’t even get any napkins in the bag just an overall awful experience.

I went through the drive thru today around 12:00 noon, and let me tell you all about it! I ordered a chicken tender ranch wrap with a couple side items, and was told there would be a 6.5 minute wait. HOW KIND OF THEM TO EVEN INFORM ME & ASK THAT I AM OKAY WITH IT! Of course I will wait for fresh chicken, kind lady! Then, when I get to the window and receive my food, everything is so fresh! Sometimes fries sit & wait while other things are being prepped, but these fries were just as hot and crisp as my chicken tender wrap! Great job to everybody who worked the lunch shift on Friday, March 6th! I hope this reaches you & you’re proud of yourselves!

Jared here at this location was happy to give me a Veterans Day croissant meal to say thank you for your service.

The crew at the 12th Street location in Moore has completely changed my opinion of Wendy’s (have only eaten their bakers & chocolate frosty for over 2 decades. Not only had one of the best burgers I’ve had in eons, the service restored my faith in humanity – these guys (& gal) are top of the line & definitely deserve a raise! Great job!

I waited over 25 MINUTES for a MOBLE ORDER yesterday. I was very disappointed to see the lady with the blue manager’s shirt leave only 2–3 employees in the kitchen while my food was still not ready. I watched her go outside to smoke a cigarette TWICE while the remaining employees were clearly overwhelmed.
Those employees were professional and apologetic, and they’re the only reason I would consider coming back. There is no reason customers should wait this long while work is dumped on 1–2 people so someone else can take cigarette breaks. I have worked in fast food before, and it is exhausting and disappointing to keep seeing management take advantage of employees and customers. NO EXCUSES. This problem keeps happening, and it needs to be addressed.
That is not teamwork, and it is not management. It is watching a few people struggle while others choose and manipulate to get an easy day. As a mother, seeing employees pushed to their limits while someone in charge walks away is upsetting on a deeper level. These are PEOPLE, not machines, and no one deserves to be treated as disposable. My daughter and I experienced this, and we do not have time for this. NOBODY HAS TIME FOR THIS. Shame on you. No excuses. I don’t know who needs to see this, but they need to see it because I want something done.

Went and tried to have dinner it took so long just to get our food the frys were cold the cashier was very rude the manager didn’t care at all that she was rude and didn’t do nothing about it or the fact it took so long just to get our food. They couldn’t even get our order right definitely need a change at this restaurant.

Ordered a number 1 10 min later got hamburger it is raw inside no one knew the store number they told me 188 which is in Ohio here is a photo of hamburger then customers came in with no shirt on sitting in the lobby not buying anything

I really do enjoy Wendy’s over other fast food options for their food quality, and this location did not let me down by the quality.
I was amazed by how low quality the interior was. It wasn’t just old it was run down and used. The carpet is almost black in the walking areas. The furniture and seats are worn and old. Hopefully, Wendy’s will update this store soon.
