This location is an absolute dumpster fire and ironically when I got there, the entire lobby was filled with smoke because apparently they actually caught something on fire. I’m a delivery driver and they are absolutely the most unprofessional rude ignorant McDonald workers in the city of Toledo. And trust me – I don’t hold a high standard for fast food employees in general. Not because it’s fast food or McDonald’s but because it’s generally Younger kids working and what have you. No judgment there tho – you gotta do what you gotta do. A hustle is a hustle. Yet somehow they fall manage to fall far below my low threshold of standards. The bar is in hell. Hell it’s Down further than hell.
I waited for 20 minutes as a delivery driver for someone to mearly acknowledge my existence and it never happened. Ended up going through the drive-through is that was the only place that they were paying any attention. There was a lobby full of 20+ people waiting to be acknowledged. I was told that I could pick up the order via drive-throughby the guy on the headset yet when I got to the second window to pick up SD order – the lady l manager or whatever her position was – she seem to be in charge was unbelievably rude and condescending while telling me that I had to come into the lobby to pick up the order where I wasn’t getting the order. When I explained to them that I had already been in the lobby waiting 20 minutes and hadn’t received so much as a glance in my direction let alone service of any kind – they just closed the window on me. Absolutely disgusting attitudes. Terrible service. And when I did get the food, they were missing half of the order. Drive the extra 10-15 minutes and go to literally ANY other location l than this one, and save yourself that headache, for real. I don’t normally leave reviews but I would give zero stars if I could

I ordered a chicken nugget happy meal and a cheeseburger with extra onion. When I received my food they forgot the sauce for the nuggets and my cheeseburger had no onion and only ketchup. Come on now. It’s not that hard to read a screen and fulfill an order with only 2 items! Very disappointing!!

I ordered a double quarter pounder with bacon deluxe and I used the app for a free medium fry. My double quarter pounder wasn’t a deluxe and I realized it after taking one bite while driving I went back let them know and I was told they were going to replace my order and make it right. I received my supposed new order that was the same bitten sandwich instead of making it fresh correctly and they gave me a small fry instead of the medium I had at first and the fry was old cold and soggy. I wasn’t going to go back to complain again for fear that I was going to receive something even worse this was the third shift I have never had an issue like this before and I don’t think I’ll return to that location ever again unless it’s for a refund for this food I’m not going to eat can’t trust it after this experience I only wish I could post the pictures I have of this horrible oder!!!

Ita your typical place of comfort foods, the grease for the fries doesn’t seem to have been changed in awhile and the apple juice tasted funny to me and my son..but he lived his toy, nuggets aren’t always the greatest but they have fresh patties most days…

I come through this McDonald’s just because it’s right down the street from my house. A lot(not all) of the employees are very rude there’s been multiple occasions where they’ve been snobby through the headset or literally don’t say one word to me when giving food / drinks then soon as I get it the door is slammed shut in my face before I can even say anything. Not to mention this is the second time in a row where I have received my pops with NO ice or even straws without a warning.

Horrible, horrible experience! Went to the drive-thru on the right. Two cars went through on the left. So I parked my car and went inside. I got inside and it took almost 5 minutes for somebody to take my order. The store was empty. The workers were all just standing there laughing and cracking jokes. It took 17 minutes to get a Big Mac meal, 2 McChickens with light mayo, a large fry, and 2 large drinks. After 15 minutes I asked where my food was. They finally got together and got my food. When I got home. This is what I got. I was going to see from the Big Mac meal there was literally, and I mean quite literally, 12 pieces of lettuce, and one pickle. Nothing. But on the sign outside of McDonald’s it says Big Macs are extra saucy. And the two McChicken’s had a ton of mayo that didn’t even hit the sandwich. They just smashed it on the wrapper! Needless to say, we’ll never come here again! Oh also and when I walked in the door from the parking lot I slipped and fell and somebody picked over the counter and just looked at me. Seen me on the ground and did nothing. The floors were so slippery and I wasn’t the only one slipping.

Men’s bathroom was disgusting, there were no Dividers between the urinals, staff never acknowledged my coworker who was standing at the counter trying to pay. On top of all that the back of the restaurant was filled with smoke, employees showed no sense of urgency despite the number of orders on the screen and multiple workers would walk into the lobby to talk and the manager had to keep coming out to get them to do their job.

How the hell do you go to McDonald’s here and go through the drive through just for the employees to tell me they can’t take any food orders they are only doing door dash or mobile orders. This place is the worst McDonald’s ive ever visted corporate needs to shut this place down.

This is the second Mc Donalds in the area that has told me to pull to the 3rd window, then promptly forgot about me. All I asked for was a quarter pounder with cheese. Went back to the window after almost 10 minutes and remarked that I had been sitting there waiting, and was told they’re just making it now. Why wouldn’t you start making it when it was ordered? It’s just an excuse. The last time I went to a McDonald’s I waited almost 15 minutes before finally going inside just to get an apple pie. What is going on with the McDonald’s in the Toledo area? It’s so frustrating, especially if you’re on a time crunch.

It’s 3:00 in the afternoon on Saturday and all the doors are locked. No signs explaining what’s going on. People using the drive-thru but I would like to go inside and use the restroom. I’ve never heard of a McDonald’s that is allowed to lock the doors to the public during regular operating hours.
