I doordashed my meal, and the paper that keeps the frozen patties separated- was cooked with my burger and I already ate a piece of it. They also never give sauces with the night orders, so whoever works at night must be lazy and not paying attention.

Myself and a few other Officers while on duty attempt to come through here for breakfast. The same couple guys routinely ruin our orders then open the window and talk trash. Or stand behind the window thinking we can’t hear them. They’ve now ruined the same order 5 times leaving out the hotcakes on a big breakfast only putting in an egg and roll. But they put in the syrup and butter for basically no reason. We just say thanks and leave as not to cause issues. But today was very deliberate, opening the window handing me things and making remarks everytime.

To people that are hungry and has kid in the back seat hungry, I Would NOT Recommend doing the Mobile app, becuase it does not show on there end in the store, and also they have been giving people wrong orders from the inside and off the mobile app and you have to call corporate in order to get your refund.

Today on a very cold day temp was around 18′, So I stopped by and ordered 2 cups of coffee with 2 cherry and cream pie. We got there at 2:2pm got to the window was told they were out of cherry pies. So they asked if they could replace with cookies, I said yes took the order and drove off, only to find out the coffee was cold, I went back in line and waited to Inform them about the cold coffee. They skipped me and took 3 orders from the other line. I get to the window no apology, just let have you cup and I’ll give you a large on it is now close to 30 mins and they have me waiting on the coffee. Very bad serv

Constantly gross. Food is never right, then when we get the right food, its never even warm, drinks aren’t even good anymore. The bathrooms are gross and always out of toilet paper. How can fast food worker want more pay, but they cant grasp the very BASICS of their own job? Wild.

Had a big job at work so decided to order breakfast burritos for everyone. Ordered 16 burritos and received 5 hot sauces. Clearly not enough sauce.
Tonight I ordered two spicy McChickens. The cashier was rambling on how it was kind of crazy and that the truck should be coming in. That was all that was said. I get home to two dry spicy McChickens, no lettuce or mayo. I understand things happen but honesty is key. If you are out of something please let the customer know. It’s more frustrating to get home with the food and have things missing than to be upfront about it.

Was discussing…the hamburgers were burnt the french fries were cold..old and nasty… Wasted… having ordered two large fries we just had to throw them away…

my husband ordered the quarter pounder with cheese large fries and Dr Pepper… and I ordered the quarter pounder with bacon without cheese and NO onions! Large fries and Dr Pepper…
Mine had cheese and onions both …
So our hamburgers went in the trash as well….. so the only thing that was even worth having from that 20 some dollars was our Dr Peppers!

They have me pull up from the drive through window. So it stops their timer, and then they give my food to somebody else because I’m sitting in the wrong spot so then I’m here for like 35 minutes, so their timer looks good. This place is terrible.
