I use the drive-thru. I love the number five which is a pizza. I think they had to run out and get it from a pizzeria because it took for absolute forever. I’m not from around here but it seems like every restaurant I have went to so far, is slow as mud. This is a bigger town than what I’m from so I’m thinking that things should run a little faster but it’s like it’s everybody’s first day at the job. It’s not just Taco Bell but Texas Roadhouse, hefs, Red lobster, Popeyes. I realize this is about Taco Bell and not all those but the location is definitely really weird for me because it takes for freaking ever. Food was great as usual but very time-consuming

It’s a good experience every time I go! Good customer service is hard to come by nowadays so it’s awesome to see this location has it. Cece is the real reason for this review! I’ve never met a more kind and welcoming Taco Bell employee. She went above and beyond to make my pick up a smooth process. From the time I got my order to the time I pulled off, Cece came running to let me know something was missing. Since when does an employee care that much? Cece did!!! Thank you Cece!

This restaurant has an overall 3.6 rating and now I know why. They are very slow(sat in the drive through line for 15 minutes with only 4 cars in front of me) and they have you trapped in the drive thru line by hedges so you can’t leave. I asked about a senior discount and they said they don’t give any discounts. I was ok with that. But the manager came to the window and was very rude,argumentative, and slammed the drive thru window shut. I motioned her to come back and asked her why she slammed the window and she said she didn’t and shut it hard again and walked away. I had Taco Bell customer service on the phone while all this was happening so they heard the whole exchange. Stay away from this location. It is horrible.

Michael was exceptional. I was turned away at Providence rd store due to staffing issues they shut the drive thru down.
I called the Sardis rd store and Michael said come on down we are rocking and rolling over here.
He offered amazing service & was pleasant – keep in mind this was after 10pm on a Sunday with a line!
The crew worked together well and all were pleasant. They really represented the brand well.
This will be the store I come to going forward. You can tell the staff is valued because it shows in how they treat the customers.
Really enjoyed my visit!

This is the worst experience at this Taco Bell out of many bad experiences. Ordered online so I paid before I arrived, only to see this note on the speaker “System Down, Door Dash Only, Sorry”, had to ask for a refund thru Taco Bell apps weird interface that makes asking for a refund difficult for no reason. They told me to ask for a refund and order through Door Dash, which seems so shady to me. I pulled around and two cops had shown up at the door and were talking to what looked like the manager while another employee was smoking something outside the street side entrance (that’s never opened). Pulled around the drive thru again to take a picture of this note and saw they had CLOSED signs on the drive thru window. Whatever is going on here is fishy. Do yourself a service, don’t come here.

Highly recommend this one, the people there are incredibly amazing. They are super nice and make sure the make quality food. And they also gave me a free drink cause they recognized I was a regular costumer. And once it was pretty late and one of them even held the door for me! Such a pleasant environment to be in.

Went there the other day with my kids and there was a meth pipe sitting outside the door. Not necessarily the fault of the establishment but just know this location is sketchy. The manager is fantastic and kind. The service is very slow, no matter if it’s dine in or drive thru. Kiosk ordering is fine for me but confusing for elderly people, I helped a lovely lady who was getting ready to walk out because it was daunting for her. I’m glad there’s a code lock in the bathroom door to hopefully keep druggies out but the bathrooms are nasty and the whole place needs a deep clean despite the fact that they just redid this entire location. I don’t feel safe here and will likely only drive thru from now on, the meth pipe and homeless folks don’t make it feel very welcoming.
