If you are coming here for the Monopoly Promotion be careful! Hashbrowns are supposed to have Monopoly tabs but for some reason this location is not using them I got this one just now but didn’t realize until I left.

The reason I put two stars . I had to be sure the fries had light salt as I requested. When the foods serves n we noticed there were much of salt. We took it back. The Asian man with mask in gray polo shirt ( possibly manager) said there’s light salt. He seems argued b back with my 11 years old child. We had no choice but eat some. He was kinda rude. I posted pictures. You can see there’s salts on it.
This needs to improvement with how to serves and satisfied customers.

We went to this location right after school today. It was packed. All the high school students were there. It was the first day for the Minecraft Happy meal toys. I had a couple of questions and Cecelia went above and beyond. She answered all my questions and made my 8 year old twins leave with the biggest smile on their faces. My food came out perfect and very fast. Could not believe how fast and accurate my order was especially for it being so busy. This is my go to Mc Donald’s for now on. Thank you Cecelia for your outstanding service. I appreciate you. Thank you for making everything perfect.

Curbside pickup still has issues:
Went to spot #2 to pick up my order and was approached by staff informing me the spicy nuggets were out of stock and that they were out of 1/4 patties. Staff initially tried to get me to cancel my order, but I asked if substitutions were possible. My order of the Travis Scott burger came with 2 mini patties and my substitutions of regular nuggets for spicy nuggets came with spicy nuggets in the end.
After an 8minute wait, despite me being parked in the #2 spot, another associate brought my order to a car not in the #2 spot and declared the order he was carrying was for #2 while delivering to the wrong car.

No honey? Am I supposed to eat nuggets with BBQ like a caveman? Nuggets were cooked all the way through, so that’s a plus. Fries helped keep the score up.

I was in the drive-thru close to their closing hours, about 10:40pm, they had a bit of a line and noticed that an employee was taking out the resturant trash. When I came up to the ordering window, I said hello about 3 times, about 1 minute in between assuming they were low on staff and they are closing, thwy might be busy as to why they don’t answer. By the time a man answered it was 11:01pm. Stated they were closed. I explained to him that I had been in line for a while and he still refused to placed my order. I was not rude to him but, I did tell him I was going to write a bad review, really wasn’t going to do it but when I told him I was he laughing said, it’s OK, were still closed anyways and im not taking your order. That was really rude and disrespectful! What kind of disrespectful people do you have working there. I have not encountered such a rude person working at McDonalds in such a long time. Makes me sad that employees take advantage of their employers and employers let them get away with it. It also makes me sad that parents didn’t teach thier children to respect other people and treat them how they would like to be treated. I hope this man/child gets spoken to and doesnt do it again. Although I will never go back to that location.

I had placed a breakfast order through the app at 10:15am I arrived at 10:28am waiting outside in my parking spot for curbside pick up. Once I saw the time was 10:34 am I checked to see if they were still working on my order and it says it was cancelled. Truly disappointed. I was here before breakfast was over and I ordered my food way before just to have It canceled. I walked in to explain my situation and an older Hispanic lady wearing a vest and with blonde/ brown hair told me that they were out of breakfast. She asked for my order information and just gave me that response.
