I’ve eaten at the restaurant and gone through the drive thru multiple times. Very old fashioned dinner type atmosphere with a modern twist. Their wood tables are beautiful. I’ve never had a bad experience there. Their chicken is good, but their burgers are amazing. I can see why they changed their name. I believe they source their meat locally and you can tell the quality of the meat is excellent. I love their sweet potato fries with the spicy fry sauce. OMG – This review is making me plan another lunch there.

Ask for buffalo sauce on my wings they’re dry not even the flavor of Frank’s Red Hot little spicy but not really saucy at all two ranch cups for a 12 piece not even enough ranch not really good for what it cost last time I went the wings were dry overcooked I told them that they were overcooked and fixed that but this time they hardly put any sauce on the wings for almost $18 kinda of meh because all they did was change the color of the skin I can’t even taste the hot sauce and it’s classic Frank’s Red Hot

I used to be a huge fan of this place. To be honest, I used to visit it weekly! They were always quick and consistent, and the food was always excellent. However, I visited a week ago, and everything seemed different. I ordered a burger, some dippers, and a couple of fries. The burger was not as impressive as it used to be. The “new dippers” were not as good as the fresh chicken they used to be. The team that was working there seemed to be talking and running around, as if they were not mature or well-managed. I also gave them less credit because they used to be really good at marketing their food and merchandise. However, it seems like that side of them has disappeared. I can’t even get a response from anyone on social media. Toxic Burger, I really hope you revamp this place!

Very kind staff and it’s 99% gluten free! According to the staff everything is gf except you get an option to have a normal bun. I got the pulled pork sandwich, crispy chicken sandwich and chicken dippers and it was amazing! If you’re gf you must stop by!

Went here as we were driving through Eugene. The burgers are alright, they’re reliable and better than modern fast food, but given how thin the patties are, I believe they would have been better as smash burgers with a bit of char to them. Also, their hottest sauce is advertised at six million scoville units, though it really didnt feel like even 500k, so I dunno how accurate their claims are.
Didn’t hate it, burgers were decent, milkshake was delicious. But won’t be back.

First off, I love love love Toxic Burgers, all of their locations. I am a celiac and having fast food available is awesome. The service is always great, I’ve only gotten ‘glutened’ once out of hundreds of breakfasts, lunches, and dinners over the last 5 years.
All of that being said, the food can be so hit or miss. It’s the BEST fast food in town OR it’s midtier – burnt buns, a pathetic amount of blue cheese (that you paid an extra $1.25), cold fries, forgotten sauces, and dry chicken. I am not one to go back and complain, but I would say at least one out of every 3/4 trips, something about the food disappoints. Not enough to outweigh the good trips but it’s certainly something I warn when I tell people to try it out.

We ordered the Toxic Burger and a basket of fries togo. The Toxic Burger is in my opinion a rival to In- n- outs double double burger animal style. It definitely scratched the itch for that style of burger. Meat was perfectly cooked with a slight pink middle, special sauce and grilled onions were very tasty. Bun was good I think they make them too? The Basket of fries was plenty between the 2 of us and the special sauce served with it is good with a little extra mustard taste to it. Very pleased.

Delicious and high quality fast food, with good options for both meat eaters and vegetarians. The black bean burger is delish and can easily be made vegan as well. The shakes and the sweet potato fries are also delicious, and the staff is always a pleasure to deal with… Which I hope means they are treated well.

Wings and shake was alright. Wings tasted like frozen chicken wings that were reheated and thrown a little hot sauce on them. just soft chicken wings with Frank’s red hot sauce splattered on it. Coulda bought frozen chicken wings and cooked them in an air fryer and it woulda been a better experience.
