Today I ordered a 4ct chicken strip with a kale side salad , and chicken noodle soup. When I took my salad out the bag the bottoms of the salads container was completely off and there was MOLD around the rim. It was extremely concerning and disgusting. I called to speak with the manager . She offered a refund for the salad but not much else explanation or accommodation . I couldn’t even enjoy the rest of my food because the thought of mold, potentially touching my strips or fries crossed my mind as well. This is very disturbing for me as I frequently go to Chick-fil-A on La Cienega. For mold to grow around, the container means they are serving old food. My entire day is kind of ruined now I am so grossed out.

When you want to take quick bites or just craving for awesome spicy chicken burger , Chick-fil-A will never disappoint! ⭐ No matter which branch I go to, the taste tends to be as delicious as the one I had before; the chicken will always be juicy. This branch is also very spacious, well maintained, and has good ambience for dine in.
The food:
– Spicy Deluxe Sandwich ️ (10/10):
If you love spice, then you can’t go wrong with this. I have struggled to find an alternative spicy chicken burger that tastes as good as this! The bun is chewy, the chicken fillet is juicy and thick, the lettuce are fresh and to top it off with the pepperjack cheese ? You would just become happier with every bite.
– Grilled Chicken Sandwich (8.5/10):
If you want a healthier option, then this might be for you. It has less seasonings, therefore less sodium; which many Americans tend to consume excessively on a daily basis. ♂️ I believe the bun is whole-grain, too. The chicken is still juicy, just not as flavorful as the spicy chicken sandwich (but then again, healthy food tends to taste more bland than the unhealthier ones).
– Fries (10/10):
Oh yes, I love this! The potato is thick and crunchy at the edges. All I will say is that I prefer Chick-fil-A fries compared to the ones in McDonald’s. Remember to request for some Chick-fil-A sauce to go along with these fries, they are match-made in heaven!
– Chicken Soup (10/10):
This was definitely a good side dish, it has a pleasant aroma, definitely a suitable comfort food.
Overall, I will totally recommend Chick-fil-A. You know, they are closed on Sundays, that’s how good they are!

Just wanted to try the burger, average, KFC is superior anyday of the week! Chicken tasted good but overall burger lacks flavor, no lettuce, no mayo, just chicken and pickle. Service and staff friendly. Not a fan of their large fries.

Very fast and friendly service. When we pulled up to the drive thru and the line was very long! We had our food in less than 15 min. Hot and fresh!

Ambiance: I went on a Tuesday midday, so the drive-thru line was fairly short. The outside of this location looked clean and well kept.
Service: Not your typical chic fil a Service. There was definitely a lot of employee to employee interaction over customers’ cars about schedules. Overall, they were really nice and helpful. The line moved pretty quickly.
Food: I got the spicy chicken sandwich combo. It was hot, fresh, and delicious. I never really go for spicy chicken sandwiches at fast food places, but this one was really good, a little kick but so flavorful. I tried the sweet and spicy Sriracha, Polynesian, and the honey mustard sauce, and I loved them all.

Been here a few times. The line moves very fast and the young employees are always helpful. I came through the drive thru today and ordered fries, chicken strips, nuggets, pup cup and lemonade yet they came back with everything but the pup cup. Guests should look forward to going through the drive through more than once to get their order correct. Other than this, the food is amazing and everything is tasty.

Just came through the drive thru with my fiancé like we’ve been doing for the entire 3 years of our (interracial) relationship, and we were disrespected by two Black employees (male & female). I’m not sure if this was discrimination but they stood in front of our vehicle, stared, pointed at us and laughed while a female employee yelled “what is going on with the world” as she passed our vehicle. (We ended up canceling our order in the drive thru and going to a less discriminatory restaurant instead.) I’m not sure what she meant by that but, unfortunately, me and my fiancé will not be returning here ever again. You have lost our service.

Every time I come Chris the manager the one that works the drive thru is a problem. It’s always something with him. This location use to be good until he became in charge. Every time I order & pull forward it becomes a problem. I would give this location 5 stars but Chris needs stops his changing up stuff & honor what he said the first time. When I order breakfast food the hash browns are not done they be raw in the inside. I even tell them to cook them longer.
