Drive Thru only had 1 car at the window but waited 5 minutes before order was taken, when i pulled up to scan a reward I had to discount my order they scanned it but didnt give me a new total or apply it and just ran my card for the full amount. Waited another 3 minutes for my food and while hot, didn’t taste like it was cooked all the way and fries were under salted. Would avoid using rewards app here since it seems like they don’t care and avoid expecting the food to taste as good as other Wendy’s

Honestly gave this place and this company so many chances over the years, but never again.
Unless you like waiting 30 minutes for your (subpar and comparatively expensive)food, just to be told the item you ordered on the app is out of stock and you can basically pound sand if you want a refund, avoid at all costs.
I’ve lived in this area my whole life, and even worked right near this restaurant for several years. I’ve probably spent thousands all said and done here. I can say with certainty that they will never get a single cent from me as long as I live. Just wish I decided this sooner.
Go to the McDonalds or Taco Bell instead.

Got the complete wrong food and no extra sauce. Was very clear when I ordered food. No upgrades and complete wrong order.my order wasn’t read back. The manager was stingy and didn’t get for the asked for( large fries and drink). I can’t guarantee I paid for it because I didn’t get a receipt. Such a sour taste in my mouth.

In the past, the food had always been fantastic but this time, 10-1-2025, it was not. My bacon, egg & Swiss croissant was not good. Instead of the Swiss, I got a slap of cheap American which I dispise. Not happy about that but I was already on the road when I grabbed my sandwich out of the bag. Not cool Wendy’s. Not cool.
The food is good every time we stop, which is often due to our travels on I75 and using the superchargers near by. We were welcomed by Ailysa who was very kind and did an excellent job with our special order.
A huge shout out to Ailysa!

I went there 10/4 around 11:00AM. They were incredibly busy and understaffed, and I had to wait for maybe 10 minutes.
I’m coming back, because there were two employees (a dark-haired woman with glasses and a red-haired woman) who went above and beyond to make everything great.

The manager on duty was about the worst I have ever seen. Didn’t greet, thank, or apologize when he screwed up and delayed our order. The 1 really good point was the young lady taking our order. No one wearing a hairnet in the prep area and the guy that I assume was the manager had more hair than my daughter as he was prepping food with out a hair net or gloves (thank God not my food)
