Came through at 10pm on Saturday the 13th window person was nice no complaints actually was awesome. But… I got 4 sandwiches all of them were out of temp cheese wasn’t even melted on my burger, bun was rock solid so COOK need to do BETTER! Time your food make fresh food not let it sit till it’s cold and HARD and out of food safety policy I don’t work fast food but I damn know my burger ain’t shouldn’t be HARD and COLD!

I have been going to McDonald’s for over fifty years. After I was grown I continued to go to McDonald’s, not for the kids attraction that is gone now, but for the convenience. There had been an growing issue is the food quality is in decline as well as the service quality. During COVID, just like all business, had to change how they serve the public. Everything declined, but now that COVID is over everything only send to be getting worse. All locations have two drive through order lanes, but only one pay and pickup lane. None of that matters because the issue is not taking and paying for orders that is the problem. It is getting the food in a timely manner. The kitchen cannot keep up and did delivery is always late and is no longer convenient to use. Going inside is not any better since no one wants to serve you any more. If you want to place an order you better use the new kiosk or else you will not get served. They say they will, but no one is really interested and are very rude to have to take your order. The only reason I have continued to go here was because of convenience, but it’s not longer a benefit, the did is not as good, and the service is the worst of all businesses. I no longer go here and I no longer take my kids or grandkids here. I do not recommend this place to eat at any location. They are all the same. It is a part of their business model and I do not see it changing.

The order was taken correctly and read back correctly but ended up with a wrong order. Either someone wasn’t paying attention or can’t read english. As much as your food costs I shoudn’t have to check my order. 23 bucks for breakfast is ridiculous and 2.29 for a hashbrown is just abhorrent.

No ketchup on the burger or in the store….. None!!! No decent sauces for the nuggets. Didn’t even tell us the burger had no ketchup. How can a McDonald’s run out of ketchup or sauces? They could have at least offered us a refund. We went through the drive through. What’s up McDonald’s?

Ordered two fish filet sandwiches at 11:30 pm on 1/4/26.
Fish patties were basically hockey pucks and the bread resembled actual show leather.
It boggles the mind to imagine how bad this was, and that someone thought it was good enough to serve.

I don’t give reviews often but when I do it’s because someone went above and beyond. This store and manager did a great job handling my issue and the food. She was receptive and was able to offer a solution before any giving up on my end which I so appreciate. Keep going guys. Thank you.

I just want to add a quick note to all my peeps. I recently started using the McD app. What a money saver-free food! There are a lot of notifications at first, but u can opt out. Pls try it. Clean friendly place. I asked for fries w/o salt (for fresh made). The BEST fries ever! Quick service fresh hot food. Burgers before 11! Great place.

Every single time I come here, the orders are done wrong and everybody appears lost. It has to be a management issue and I can never rely on anybody to double check that they bag up everything that’s needed exactly as ordered. Never coming here again because I have to depend on myself to do it right.

Update: we gave them another chance, and I regret it. Their phone number is disconnected (super classy guys) so we can’t even get lied to about how they didn’t mean to mess up…we ordered a 4 piece chicken nugg happy meal and we get it home to find zero nuggets, and in their place in the carton was hot Big Mac sauce. Gross.
You guys need to figure it out.
Dr Pepper tasted gross and I didn’t even try the sweet tea because the tag on it says use by 12:19 pm 8-17-18, and it’s more than 24 hours past it’s expiration date. Shameful.
Edit, because this visit became a disaster before we left. It took 3 tries and me walking into the managers office
