Orderd Nashville hot chicken on website…. I get the food and guy tells me they don’t have Nashville so I get regular for the price of Nashville with no refunds no anything. These ppl are lazy as hell HIGHLY DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS STORE

I have had some MISERABLE experiences at this location in years past. We’re talking hall of fame bad, but I need to keep it real too and give credit when it’s due. As of June 2025, the current crew is KILLING IT. Incredible customer service. Steaming hot fresh food. Staying on top of the order, and cleanliness in the dining room. I was told they needed to make a fresh batch of chicken to complete my order, but it would take around 15 mins. It was like 100 degrees outside, and the man in the drive through said “come on in and wait in our AC”, so I did. He got me a complimentary cold drink to help cool me off, and even threw in a couple strawberry poppers for my trouble. Obviously my experience wasn’t necessarily a standard daily occurrence, but they went above and beyond to make it right, and that’s what customer service is all about. These folks are firing on all cylinders and making it a joy to come to Kentucky Fried Chicken once again.

Went to the KFC in Cortland,NY and Bought chicken with sides and drinks and while eating at home the chicken had hair in a piece chicken. Called spoke to a Manager and she wanted me to bring back the chicken or remade the order. I am not going back to the restaurant and I would not want anymore chicken from there..She basically tried to say people lie about hair in their food..That’s a poor excuse to say to a customer. I work in a restaurant and when we get a complaint like this I never say that they are not telling the truth.We make sure that the customer is heard, receive an apology, ,and is compensated. I am disappointed that the Manager was so defensive and did not demonstrate appropriate customer service.

Terrible. Found a hair cooked in my chicken, told the store and Sherry the manager refused a refund only offered to make the meal again. As if I’m going to eat the food I just found hair in. Makes no sense. Contacted corporate.

No food – ordered screwed up 3 times and this last time we couldn’t even finish ordering in the drive thru. Doors locked no indoor. 2 employees smoking weed in the trash and one hanging in the car. Drive thru 2 cars parked waiting for food delivered 3 cars behind us at drive thru. After 12 minutes with half our ordered taken we just left. Won’t be back! Sell the building fire everyone.

I just ordered a buy one get one meal off Uber eats from this place. They sealed the bag assuring everything was in there. The seal was never broke I open the bag and one three piece meal was missing. Apparently their front counter people can’t read or pack a bag properly. That place is a joke. I learned my lesson never order from this KFC again.
