I ordered a chicken sandwich with fries. The sandwich chicken looked burnt and dried so I asked for a fresh order they said 6 minutes I waited more than 10 minutes got ready to leave,asked about my sandwich and NO ONE had done anything about it. What I got another dried brunt chicken. There was 8-9 workers most sitting in the lobby I would next time go to BK or Wendy’s either one will be better than mcdumbs

Today while driving through the area, I ordered a 40 piece Chicken Nugget for my children and I. While eating my second nugget, I felt something hard while chewing. I took a look at what it was and it looks to be the bone or a rat or human as it has bone marrow in it and is pretty size-able. I have tried calling the store at least 10 times as I have been sick all night and desire that no one else eats from that batch of nuggets at a minimum. I have posted pictures below, but have yet to reach a manager and this is beyond acceptable. This saddens me because McDonalds was my first job and I used to love their food, but I am unsure as to what is going on now with the quality of their food.

So as I write this, I’m about 20 minutes in to ordering a simple happy meal for my beautiful six soon to be seven-year-old. Decided to do curbside pick up which clearly seems to be a mistake at this point because I’m wondering how 20 minutes could pass and about two dozen cars go through the drive-through while we await what I thought was a very simple order hamburger french fries and a Coke in the size of a happy meal..

Nevertheless, the homeless people lurking around my car, give off kind of a bad vibe, and I’m wondering what I could’ve done so badly in life to have McDonald’s treat myself and my son so poorly.

I made an attempt to call them however, the number just says no one‘s available to talk and hangs up immediately. Really not great customer service.

The online portal offers no ability to contact support get help or contact any living soul… nor can we cancel the order and drive away because they’ve already taken our money and directly debited the account.

Perhaps I’m unlucky that I parked in the wrong spot maybe it’s an old Indian burial ground. I’m really not sure.

On top of that food is awful and I’m buying it because well I’m weak and I love my six-year-old.

Annoyed what’s taking so long? – those are the words my son keeps screaming at me….

Our groceries are ice cream or frozen foods that we had purchased now 30 minutes ago, are all melting and joining the pool of sadness along with my tears. Well my sons tears

On top of all this a happy meal is no longer cheap. It’s about seven dollars, which is ridiculous given how we’re treated and trying to do the right thing with curbside pick up.

There’s no way for me to give less stars or have less faith in McDonald’s. Well, I hope you don’t get food poisoning.

Time to boycott McDonald’s and make your burgers and french fries at home. It will be faster cheaper healthier.

Absolutely horrendous location. Second time this month their ordering system was down. First time I did a mobile drive thru pick up order, they said their system was down. I already paid on the app. The lady said when I asked how to get my money back, that she didn’t know and I’d probably have to call someone. Today luckily I did not do an order through the app, but they still could not take orders. I’m not sure how a restaurant that cannot take orders can stay in business. This combined with waiting at the drive thru speaker for 4 minutes for my order total one time and sometimes old breakfast sandwiches has made me lose all confidence in this location. It will be a very long time before I eat at this location again, if I ever do.

I had an excellent visit at McDonald’s! The entire experience was great, but what truly made it stand out was Erica. She went above and beyond to make sure we received outstanding service, all with genuine care and a positive attitude. Because of her, this visit was absolutely a five-star experience.

I ordered 3 McGriddles, 1 steak and 3 sausage and a hash brown. For $18.00 you would assume that there would be cheese and egg on the McGriddles but no , only one out three had it.

Just went here for the first and last time. Found this location bc it is the closest to my house. I should have known when I walked in the door and there were two ladies who had problems with their orders like multiple missing items from their drive thru order and having to ask for tea from behind the counter bc the tea at the drink station was empty. Unfortunately I had already ordered in the app. My fries were cold and limp and tasted like they hadn’t been cooked at all. My Big Mac tasted like they pulled all of the ingredients out of the toilet and slapped them together to make a sandwich. Even the lettuce on the sandwich was almost frozen. Instead of McDonald’s prices constantly increasing they should be paying customers to come in and eat this crap.

The manager and the employees talked more than working ( spoke in Spanish). The front register guy was constantly talking on his cell phone. Waited for pumpkin pie more than 10 minutes and our food was cold. Fries had no salt. It needs better management.
