Our first visit here since my parents moved to town. The line was always so long so we knew it had to be a hidden gem. I couldn’t find a picture of the menu so I took one on my way out so if anyone is looking for it, you’re welcome! The guy at the window was so kind, patient, and welcoming as we explained it was our first time driving through! Cheddar rounds are popular for a reason, get them!

This particular Pal’s has always been my favorite drive-through. Lately the quality of the food has gone way down. It seems to have gotten consistently worse since Pal passed. The hot dogs aren’t worth eating anymore. Today I got a Jr. Burger that was way too salty and so messy I could hardly eat it. The sweet tea isn’t even up to par. I don’t know if I’ll be back to this one or not.

Located at Ft. Henry and Eastman rd and the closest to my house it has been my go to pals for 12years This Pals has to be in the top 3 busiest locations yet it can be lined out on to the road and still never takes more than 7-8 mins to get through and on your way . While I always have to check my order from other fast food places and always something not right here I can’t recall it ever being wrong as for the other locations also maybe 2X ever and all the staff are always friendly and cheerful no matter had swapped they are lastly as one of my kids did work there during high school the lowest score they have gotten from the heath department I believe is like a 97 give or take a point be usually getting a 99 or 100

The big pal burger and Frenchy fries is a great meal and an even better value. You will not find a burger that size and fresh, made the way you want it, for that amount of money anywhere in town.
