The fact that you changed the quarter pound double cheeseburger to a junior double cheeseburger but left it the same price as the quarter pound double cheeseburger was, is frustrating. So I will not be purchasing again. Don’t let NEW fool you. But when I came and got the BOGO footlongs the picture below was how we received it. Now that doesn’t bother me as much because honestly it tastes the same, I found it comical. But thanks for being the last choice when we are in a pinch!

Fist I order a large cheese tots extra cheese, I get a lage tots with a single pice of cheese like what. I just ordered a double smash burger with ketchup and mustard only a small shake and a large dr.pepper, my burger ends up having pickles and onions with some sort of orange sauce, my small shake was a large and I got a medium dr.pepper they fixed the shake and drink after 15 minutes but I didn’t check my burger till I got home so now I’m home with someone else’s burger and down 30 bucks. They need a new crew because this is not customer service.

Ordered a breakfast burrito with tots and my husband ordered a smash burger with tots. We only received 2 napkins, it is like they forgot how greasy their food is despite the grease soaked bag they handed us. There was also no salsa/picante sauce, so we had to call them back up to ask for some. I also tried ordering a Paradise sunset drink because I saw the sign advertising the drink out front. The guy said that is an old drink and they don’t know what’s in it. I later looked up online and saw that Sonic had recently added it to their permanent menu, maybe they should know how to make what they are advertising. Just a disappointing trip.

Ordered a double cheeseburger and onion rings. The onion rings are delicious!
Ordered some supersonic breakfast burritos to go with my hubby and I think they’ve gotten smaller. Everything was great except the size.

We ordered medium tots, mozzarella sticks, and two cherry limeades. I’m not sure what it was about our order, but we watched multiple other cars come and go with their order while we waited. When our food did come out, it was cold. We asked them to remake it, and the wait only continued. Big bummer.
We finally left with hot food after 45 minutes.

I’ve had my order wrong so many times that have finally given up today and I don’t feel like hitting the button and waiting for it to be fixed anymore . It is wrong every time I get a cheeseburger of any kind and without fail wrong again today. So I have given up fixing it and just plan to update or add a new 1 star for every time I order and my food is wrong. i have zero hope this will get fixed or it would have been by now from how many times I’ve sent food back.

I tried their new Buffalo chicken bites. Yuck!! Don’t waste your money. You get maybe a quarter sized little sliver of mystery meat in some sort of ravioli type pasta, deep fried, and burnt. Flavorless. Couldn’t taste anything that resembled a Buffalo flavor. The atmosphere was great because I ate in my car. This Sonic on 291 is notorious for messing up orders and poor food quality.
So, we tried the Sonic on Cookingham Rd. The wifey had the pulled pork sandwich. The pictures speak for themselves. Highly disappointing sandwich.

This place mistreats doordashers – they ignore us and the food just sits there. Ask them once again for an update on the order and they hadn’t even gotten it checked in as if I wasn’t even there – I had already spoken with them. Handfuls of customers coming and going. If you doordash, you might want to be prepared to be taken care of business once the parking lot is empty. Make sure you let the customers know its NOT our fault that doordash comes LAST. We get penalized for this – NOT restaurant staff – so they don’t really care.
