First time at Jack in the Box ever. I would definitely come back for the curly fries and nuggets. I did a mobile order for drive-thru pick up. I ordered curly fries, nuggets, bacon cheeseburgers, tacos, and drinks. Everything was fresh except the tacos—it was greasy and room temp. The fries and nuggets were fresh and the burger was good. The service? Great. She was very polite. Good food & great service will always get my stars!

I always come to this location and get the same exact meal every time and it’s always made right every time. It’s a real simple order but for some reason it was messed up. I always get the 4 tacos wit no sauce and a small regular fry. I waited in line for maybe 15-20 mins didn’t get greeted until after 5 mins or more waiting. He asked what did I need my mom repeated what she ordered. Got our food the fries were fresh the first 2 tacos were made right. Once I got to the other set it was taco sauce all over the bags one of the shells was flipped over with taco sauce all over the taco. The other one had taco sauce and only cheese no lettuce in either of them. So I called the store the guy who bagged the food (Andy) said he didn’t check the food he just bagged it. He asked did I want it to be remade or do a complaint. I can’t come back up there tonight so I’m doing a complaint. Highly disappointed..

They can’t even get a simple order correct I ordered the last burger the mushroom bacon burger they gave me a completely wrong burger. Looks like they gave me somebody’s order that they messed up on. I haven’t been to Jack in the Box for a while so when my kids asked I obliged. I was happy to see that they had mozzarella sticks on the menu but when I tried to order it, they were out of them & said they’ve been out of them for 2 wks so there’s no telling when they’ll actually get them in. My son got the chicken nuggets meal and they’re beyond burnt!! I cannot believe they thought this was acceptable to give to customers. The meal came with curly fries that was room temperature and hard. Also their drink sizes have changed. I’m used to Jack in the Box drinks being massive and that was great thing! Now their small is only 12oz & charge almost $3.00 for the small. Safe to say I will not be going there again.

Honestly, I’m tired of trying to give this place chances. The last three times I’ve been I’ve had some kind of issue. I’ve tried to not say anything, as maybe they were having a bad day, but man it seems every day is a bad day here! The first time we were not given our fries, and the second time we came we were told to pull around to wait and nobody came to our car in 20 minutes. We ended up leaving in frustration. Today, my boyfriend order through the app, and when he got home, we found a frowny face on his cup? I guess they were not happy to take the order? I’m a little confused, but we eat. We ended up eating our tacos, and they are just bad. Well, I open one to find just a small pocket of meat, and the lettuce is just rotten. It’s honestly crazy how they even managed to pass this off. I’m just so tired of coming here and nothing is correct. I’ve attached photos to show. Don’t waste your time please. The Jack in the Box down the road is also horrible so don’t waste your time there!

Went to drive through about 9:45pm. Was asked to wait to take order…not a problem until 10 min later and no one comes back to take order. There are 3 cars behind us and a car at check out blocking the exit so cant leave. My husband honks as do other cars behind us. The order taker comes on speaker and tells my husband to quit honking in her ear bc she is very busy. My husband tells her we’ve been waiting again she tells him she is very busy. He asks her to have the person at the window pull up so he can leave. She tells him he is rude and will not take our order. At this point we werent going to place an order, we just wanted to get out of there.This person was extremely rude and needs to learn customer service. The store needs to have a procedure for orders taking longer than normal to fill so that customers can leave if they dont want to wait. We will definitely not go back to this Jack in the Box EVER!!!

Always issues with getting orders correct. This last time I ordered 8 tacos and (2) Lg curly fries, and somehow I ended up with 2 munchies boxes. SMH….then to top it off the tacos were stale. Never again, I give up on Jack.

Employees Nevaeh B, needs professionalism and hospitality etiquette, when handling order, employee grabbed bag from one side causing order to fall on driver seat, instead of apology, she slammed door,
Being curtesy was neglected, I made jester to get attention, and said “you can atleast give me a bag”
Employee gave bag and slammed window again.
Having to handle my dropped food in driver seat to new bag, Order replacement was not offered.
I had to honk to get attention again and requested manager on shift, she said they had left for the day.
I requested name and she said my name is on the receipt, as I drove off, she open window and laughed.
