I went here after a movie night and as soon as we walked in we were greeted by an absolute legend. Corey. He was very nice and was the only employee who would greet, sit, and serve all of the customers.

The food

I ordered the Colorado smash and it was phenomenal and I definitely recommend the smash fries.

Overall great atmosphere great food. Corey deserves raise.

Thank you smash burger!

Smashburger is our new favorite place for lunch. The food is always really fresh. The service is excellent. CORY Was especially helpful the last time I was there. I’m new to using the app and he walked me through everything. Thank you, Cory!

Unsure what is going on but every burger we have ordered here in the last couple months looks like this. I could understand if these were large patties but this is honestly sad. The outside is also barely browned.

It wasn’t real busy when I ordered my food. We had coupons from the mail which brought us in. The food was ready pretty fast and tasted real good!! My only complaint would be that tiled flooring was slippery, someone might slip, fall and get hurt.

Kyle, Jasmine, Liam, Jex, & Erickson are all fantastic employees who go the extra mile for me as a customer. I’ve ordered from them multiple times and they always make my entree to perfection. The burgers have a great flavor and the ground chicken patties are hard to beat. I highly recommend this establishment and appreciate their smiling faces and cheerful demeanor. If you want a great burger and a happy atmosphere please go here.

The response from the ‘Owner’ which said to email an address to prevent this from happening again. I don’t get why – but I did with no response in the standard 1-3 days as stated. Can’t say I’m surprised. See images.

OMG… Where to begin.
Most of the experience was employee driven. The front counter receptionist was so scattered 80% of the conversation was unnecessary. He was busy talking on the other side of the restaurant when I came in. His conversation was so enthralling that he didn’t see me standing there and the “manager” had to point me out. Between complaining about the football team they had to serve earlier – to the fact there were no medium lids…it was concerning that he was placed in front of guests. He later awkwardly badgered another employee – but that will wait.

The Colorado Burger and Smash Tots were ordered. Both served cool and in a pool of oil and utterly tasteless.

Here is where the real problem for me was. I sat right in front of the kitchen entrance which gave a full view of the operation.

As I waited for my food, two Cooks came walking in from the exit on the opposite side of the restaurant.

One had dreadlocks – which needed hair restraint – very tall and slender… the other had his hair done in a tied bun – glasses and a mustache.

The tall African American gentleman with his hair in dreadlocks, already had food handling gloves on which I thought was odd. Perhaps coming in from a garbage run to the dumpster. They both proceeded to go right into the kitchen and as they did the door to the kitchen remained stuck open revealing everything they were doing.

The tall, slender young guy with unrestrained dreadlocks proceeded to get right to work operating with the same gloves he handled the door with, who knows what prior, the high five he gave to a friend that walked up to him from the restaurant and the same gloves he used while touching his soda cup and then wiping things off of his gloves onto his clothes.. proceeded to begin preparing food.

Let me be clear – no glove change occurred after high fives with a bare handed guest who appeared to be an off-duty employee, touching the door and various other areas of the restaurant as he made his way through in and out of the kitchen.

The gentleman with the mustache and hair pulled back in a tie was in the kitchen consuming a beverage right in the food preparation area. I later saw the manager doing the same thing.

The table I sat at was filthy and as I asked the female employee that was going through the restaurant that was cleaning tables to please hit my area… she came over and wiped everything except for the area in front of me that was completely covered in spluge. I had to ask her for the towel so I could clean my own table completely.

The lack of attention to detail to food handling, food safety and general hygiene was really bad.

This coupled with exceptionally oily and tasteless food made this trip totally not worth it.

Ordered the chicken strips and chicken salad both with Ranch on doordash and they sent me no sauce whatsoever! It wouldn’t be so bad but its literally the 3rd or 4th time they sent me my stuff without the sauces I ordered. Definitely dont recommend ordering online they won’t give you any sauces apparently

My visit was on 02/18/2024. When I entered, I was surprised to see that the restaurant was empty. Initially not a good sign. The service was fine. I ordered a Double BBQ bacon cheeseburger, sweet potato fries and a drink; All a-la-carte. The burger was cooked to order, it was hot and fresh. The burger was seasoned, however more BBQ sauce could have been used. Sweet potato fries were great, more fast-food restaurants should add sweet potato fries to their menus. The total was $18.52, not cheap.

I’ve read the reviews and have now eaten here 2x nights in a row. I had all American double and added bacon. So good! Fries are great as well. I think the ambience is average but I’m not trying to eat ambience! Great food.

I was a little skeptical to try this place because of some of the reviews but I love trying new places so I went ahead. And what can I say?

Wow, just wow.

I was expecting a bit of a skimp since they’re pictures looked so good to be true but no, these burgers were insane! The Smoked Bacon Brisket Burger was the highlight of the show, although the Truffle Mushroom Swiss Burgers is not to be slept on! The truffle mayo had me going back for another bite, and before my eyes it was gone!

The flavors on the Smoked Bacon Brisket Burger were spot on. I’m not the biggest fan of BBQ sauce and the amount added onto this burger was perfect. I wasn’t drenched, it was a good amount not too overtake the rest of the burger.

The Smash Fries though, I’m in love with those fries! The two ingredients are the reason I had to try them and I wasn’t disappointed either. They were so tasty, fried to a decent level and the seasoning was also balanced out because garlic and rosemary can very easily be overdone in the hands of the wrong cook.

Thank you guys so much for the wonderful food. I had a 5 hour drive ahead of me and I left so full plus happy. Will be back to try the Classic Smash!
